Hello john thanks for the video , now isaw u used windows? but the intensity has only 2 inputs if i need a 4input gadget that works with windows what can i use thanks,,,,,,,probably if thereis one that uses SDI (SDI 4 CAMERA input )
Hi everyone! I have a big problem, my streaming equipment is a...camcoder PANASONIC HC-V580W, PANASONIC HC-V500M, PANASONIC HC-VX870, and ATEM TVS HD, converter sdi to hdmi WIISTAR 3G and INTENSITY SHUTTLE USB 3.0. so the cuestion is.... When conecting camcoder panasonic in 1080i-59.94 the intensity shuttle captures video, but when conecting intensity shuttle and ATEM TVS HD, through converter sdi to hdmi, in 1080i 59.94, MEDIA EXPRESS does not capture video, only sound. I change the setting 1080i (59.94; 50; 30; 20) on every device, but it did not work. Any suggestion? Thanks!!!
I have someone on eBay I just sold an intensity shuttle to who is having eBay force a return and saying it’s a defective product when I know it’s not it works. I told them you gotta install drivers and they said that contacted blackmagic and blackmagic said it’s plug and play and they don’t need to install anything. Do they said there gonna have eBay force the return and I gotta pay to have it shipped back. So then I sent them the drivers link and they haven’t said anything back. That was two days ago. They only check there eBay once a day and barely write back. They said there computer isn’t detecting the shuttle and neither is obs. There trying to run a JVC camcorder through analog to there computer. There doing a live stream. I only used that shuttle in premier and it worked fine. My description on the product information said not compatible with virtual dub. Don’t use it you’re transferring from a tape. It’s really picky about the signal. It expects a perfect signal. Dude wrote real negative feedback about me. He told me he knows his way around a computer and knows about live-streaming when I tried to help him. No one got there shuttle and plugged it in and it worked like that. He’ll win too and I’ll have to pay. eBay favors the buyer big time and they don’t have to prove it doesn’t work. I can’t write negative feedback on him because I wrote positive feedback before all this happened and I can’t edit or delete or write more comments about the buyer. You get one chance to leave buyer feedback. Leaving it on a seller is deferent. It can be edited or deleted. Frustrating stuff.
the BMD shuttle is the worst device BMD have produced. it's dependant on a specific USB chipset. that's why a lot of software switchers do not support it. if your lucky enough to own a laptop with the correct chipset (which went out of spec abt 4yrs ago) then yeah it might work. also the current vers. of go-pro devices run with a 1080 progressive signal which the shuttle cannot handle. just junk it and buy an Aja u-tap or a magewell. As tom said earlier they just work right out the box.
confirmed. Won't work with any kind of USB 3.0. Wasted hours on this VERY stubborn piece of hardware. Either you own a Blackmagic's certified motherboard or it's dead. I'm selling my unit. If you own a Mac though, unit works excellent.
Sir when i capture by Hdmi cable video are display and record but Voice not listing and video capture only 10 sec,I used blackmagic media express software.. if possible can u tell me with the help of teamviewer
Hola, a sido imposible para mi, configurar el intensity Shuttle en mi portatil Asus republick of game de 16 gigas, I7 2.8, Nvidia GTX 1060, ya que cuando empiezo a hacer streaming se va a la pantalla azul o de la muerte. Le he instalado el Renesa USB 3.0 pero a sido en vano. Tengo una transmisión muy pronto y estoy desesperado, no encuentro solución a este problema
Ciao scusa il disturbo si come devo comprarlo per fare streaming video ho letto che con molte USB3.0 non funziona,è vero ? Io lo userei con vmix grazie
