Ehh how you want to shape your EQ really depends on the vocal, the mic it was recorded on, the genre of music, how I fits in the mix, etc. that 140 bell curve bump is really only going to work for some vocals. In other cases you will want to dip a lot of those frequencies out actually

There's another method where you just directly cut and adjust the clip gain of the sibilance then crossfade it back to the main waveform.

Man that’s a steep slope for a vocal. That ends up sounding boxy and unnatural. Use a 8-12db/octave slope for a much more musical, natural vocal.
