My favourite was Suga and Jin's duet towards the end! I feel like that pairing brings out a different dimension to Suga's voice especially, and it's so satisfying to hear. This entire song always gives me goosebumps every time I hear it, it was so well done.

I love all 7 of their voices but my favorite would be Jin and Jimin. Jin's high note was the reason I asked who this singer is because I got goosebumps on that part. Next is Jimin 'cause it sounds so soft and angelic.

Jin’s high notes are light but solid. It’s magical. His lower register is warm with a rich texture. In his solo OST ‘Yours’, he harmonised with himself in his lower register. It’s gorgeous! 💜

seokjin's highnote in the second chorus always gets me :") Also hobi (jhope) is a really amazing vocalist as well and I loved his voice combination with tarhyung (v)

I really love Jin's voice. Jin is the reason why I became a fan of bts. I hope he gets more recognition by his talent because he has it. We all know that his visual is extraordinary but c'mon guys this man has a talent. He is more than just a pretty face. Our wwh is talented.

For me it's still V until now. I've been following BTS since early 2020 and got into the group bcuz of V. Aside with his undoubtedly visuals, I think V is a singer that impresses me most, not only of his wide range but also his technique, dynamics, rhythm and style that makes him different with the rest of the members. Of course, he can belt also but for me, it does not automatically make someone a good vocalist. BTS have different characters in their vocals, and their dancing skills is way beyond perfection, no doubt they are the most popular among K-Pop idols. And lastly, what the vocal teacher felt when V closed the song, many of us felt it also, right? 💜💜💜

I still remember the first time I heard this cover, because I sat there just mesmerised by it. My favourite vocal harmonies were between Suga and Jin, and Jungkook and RM.

in this cover for me they all sound almost the same as the coldplay version the only one who did his thing and made the real change was Jimin with his beautiful, sweet and angelic voice.he made a big difference

They all sing beautifully. Even the rap line mixing voice with four vocalist are superb. For me the silvery voice of Jin stands out even more in high notes. I like the mix voice of Jin and RM.

If you are talking about the pairings and the harmonies created from this beautiful performance, then Jin and RM take the cake. Major goosebumps at the 8.36 mark. When I first saw this 'Fix You' cover, it made me appreciate the guys individually and they all are great, but the vocalists that stood out for me here are Jin and V.

JHope's biggest fans can probably do a good job of directing you to samples of his voice. You used the word calming with regards to JHope's voice and I think that describes his voice well.

I fell in love with V's voice when I first heard him speak (even before hearing him sing). Retrospectively in their 2 earliest albums, I preferred JK's singing voice. But when their songs started to evolve and venture into other tempos or style, I'm hopelessly in love with V's singing voice now. His voice somehow stirs up my emotions. Also, I think V started having a chance to explore too.

This arrangement was so sensitively done; I love how spare it is. It really shows off BTS's vocal chops, because their voices are REALLY exposed in this and there's no room for error. And I LOVED LOVED LOVED getting to hear the rap line sing in this! Of the three of them, J-Hope probably sings the most frequently (he does a cool little duet with JK in Outro: Wings, for example. He also half-raps, half-sings in Jamais Vu, and you can hear him open Spring Day in their NPR Tiny Desk Concert-- that's not even touching on his solo work). RM sings a bit on his mixtapes also, and his made-for-ARMY Festa offering Bicycle. (He frequently clowns at doing some epically BAD singing when they do karaoke, but in truth he's got a lovely warm light baritone.) Suga sings in Seesaw, and a little on his mixtapes. One of the reasons he doesn't sing often in the group (aside from the fact that he's usually rapping) is that he's a very low baritone, and most of BTS's songs are pitched quite high, so it's uncomfortable for him to sing. (I've read that K-Pop music is generally pitched to be in a good range for female singers (the larger percentage of fans).) Suga mentioned once in an interview that he'll often write something and sing the guide track where he's comfortable, and then the song gets pitched up 3 or 4 steps from where he wrote it. 😅

jin and yoongi in the last part is my favorite but that's a tough pick cos i really love all their distinct tones individually or mixed with someone else from the group... i also love v and j-hope together... ahhh i'm a libra and choosing is always so tough to me to begin with. hahaha thanks for a lovely reaction. 💜

I love this cover and these guys. So graceful and peaceful. I wish I heard Yoongi more. Jimin sounds like an angel. And the duets are so satisfying in their harmonies.

I think you would love reacting to Jin & Coldplay performing The Astronaut live in Argentina. Jin flew out just before entering the military & it’s his last performance until his service ends. Chris Martin & Jin have a real bromance and sound amazing together. Make sure you watch Chris Martin’s intro first then use the official Big Hit video of the performance, it’s visually stunning and emotional. I’ve watched grown men reactors who I wouldn’t expect to be fans in tears 😭(you may be too) over this collab.

From this performance, the vocal combination I’d admire most is Jung Kook and RM. I don’t have a bias in BTS but instead award MVP as I watch each particular performance. In Fix You, I was going to hand it to RM, after he paired so beautifully with first Jin, then Jung Kook and finally Jimin. But then Jin came in with that “Tears stream, down your face and I I I I..” and well, he just snatched that MVP away from RM. I saw that another Army has recommended to you the cover BTS did for BBC One- I’ll Be Missing You so maybe you can consider putting that on your watch list or poll options if that is how your patreon will work. I really adore the way BTS covers songs; it always seems respectful towards the original artist but at the same time they bring their own distinct flavour

It's not here, but I love Suga and Jimin. Every time Jimin sings while Suga raps I get chills. Also, I'm in awe of how JK can blend with *anyone* - he sings harmonies so well that you don't even hear that it's a second voice. He darkens to sing with Tae and brightens to sing with Jimin.
