@deetwizzy i was 3rd gear at the end, just didnt have enough power to hold it all the way. the tyres were also a very tall profire now i think of it, they were 15'' of a jeep on commo stocks.
@phantomtalon556 it also had a zorst and custom headers, he used a CRS conversion setup. he did all the labour work him self also to hold total costs down
Woah, thats not too bad mate. best I could find (with brand new LS1) was 13k with trans and installation. guess I gotta keep looking. only problem is its a huge job. probably gotta sort myself out better diff ratio, new torque converter, then I'd wanna do cool air intake and exhaust... cost gets out of hand. Just gonna keep saving till I can get it all done within a week :P
