Thank you. I enjoyed that so much. I’m into my fifth year of retirement in Bangkok, Thailand. I like it here very much but I do miss the sights and sounds of those vintage vehicle meets. Thanks again for allowing them into my living room here.

These are many fantastic and beautiful cars, but the one I got hooked on, is the 2-cylinder old slugger with external cam chains and many races behind it.

Super cool video!! I have been assembling a machine shop to support my RU-vid channel that I will be starting with the build of a 1928 Morgan RIP GN special 3 wheeler with 4 wheels. I am using an experimental aircraft opposed twin supercharged engine. This will be mated to an MG 4 speed manual gearbox with a 2 piece hand cast aluminum adapter. This will be connected to an MG differential with beautiful wire wheels. The frame I stood over steel and will have aircraft cloth stretched over and sprayed with plasticizer. This will have a boat tail look and is essentially a 20's airplane without a propeller or wings. There is only one other in existence and Charlie Martin races it in the UK. The next project lined up is the building of a Brooklands style cycle car similar to the Pembleton. This will have a BMW R-100 engine in the front and four wheels with gorgeous leather interior and even space for luggage. I look forward to seeing everyone over at the channel when it gets warm out enough to be in the barn in Pennsylvania .....

When is the 2022 meeting taking place? Assuming this is an annual meeting. I would love to go and spectate this year before I get too decrepit lol
That chain linked double twin might have an interesting problem because you need a way to sync up the engines like you do in a multi engine aircraft. In an aircraft it just causes vibration. On that car, if done for long enough it could snap the link chains due to drag stress off the slower engine and you wouldn't necessarily be able to hear the difference between the two - a difference of 200-300rpm enough to potentially cause a problem.
Was it two Vincent Square four engines in the silver car called Caliban KN IV? I respect the two V-twins in the incredible racing ghost also ... Beautiful beasts all around.

I had to forgo my annual pilgrimage to Loton Park due to other comittments. 🙁 If you noticed the foundations of demolished buildings and brick plinths in the woods alongside the course, these were for the storage of incendiary ammunition and chemical weapons for the USAAF during WW2.

I would have loved to stood on the hill with a speed gun and clocked how fast they were going, then compared it to their overall time to see what their average speed was. I know, a bit of a technical nerd thing.
