VW California Ocean 6.1 review - is a camper van better than a supercar?

Same here, they are nice but room is tight in there and the fixtures are really poor, we had a broken flimsy blind, the roller cupboard was broken which is apprently common too...pretty poor for VW

James Brian Interesting. Thanks for telling us. I must admit, I’ve seen T6 conversions which I think are better, and there are many other converted vans (not VWs) with great features.

Haha yup. The German plate on the front was just for show, I think... they were imported and put on Canadian manufacturer test plates

What a totally different pair of cars (price aside!) both would be a great garage... also, campervan prices are ridiculously strong second hand at the mo. I love me a Stelvio Q though!

Yea, very different. We rented a California Beach on Iceland a few years back, and were rather impressed. However, the Ocean as in your review would have been a better choice. The Stelvio is a great car. We'll just bring a tent instead :-) Watch the Stelvio videos on my channel if you like the car. We plan to keep it forever.
