Hey man. I tried to get it done on my VW MK5 Tdi 2.0 with a BKD Engine. When I type 01 on the Channel field, I shows me " Error: Group 001 Not Available ". Am I doing something wrong?
Hi. I have a VW 1.9TDI 101hp PD, It shows around 11mg injection quantity, and as far as I understand its too high. Should I lower the value the way you do on the video or could there be another problem with the pump/injector etc. because I think my values are unusually high.
Did you use VCDS to get that info? We’re you using CH 01? If so you can adjust the IQ as shown on here. I’m not sure if there are factory details limits on this procedure but you can at least try. Remember to take a note of the original value before doing so that way you can measure the adjustments from your original setting and have a ‘start point. If things don’t work out you can reset the value to your start point so you at lease you know where you are etc.
hy i have a problem i change the value all is ok but i go to the done go back everything ok but i shut down the vcds and automatic com back the factory value. i dont know why.
Poca potencia si el valor está por debajo de 3.4 en relantin y si es Alto mayor de 3.4 se debe ajustar para tener Bajo consumo de combustible y evita humo negro excesivo por el tubo de escape
the guy thinks giving more fuel will produce more acceleration. However for more acceleration you also need to provide more air. One without the other is useless@@Altmetaldoktor
Injection quantity depends on fuel temperature, rpm, load, smoke, injection duration, coolant temperature, and measured air flow. ECM tries to compensate for the deviation to certain extent by adjusting air fuel ratio, to maintain smooth idle. Setting the correct Injection Quantity is important for the optimum performance of the engine. Lean or Rich fuel mixture damages the engine and contributes to starting problem, misfire, hesitation, stalling, black smoke, over heating or not attaining operating temperature easily, engine vibration, poor performance, poor fuel economy, etc
