You ( VW Group) are the only one among the German trio ( Audi, BMW , Mercedes) to drop Diesel engines. This is a huge disadvantage as our Punjabi Jatt community ( me included) is a fan of TDI , be it VW , Skoda or Audi . Add a punchy TDI to the line up and see the difference in sales . We are waiting for Virtus TDI. l am a first owner of vento 1.5 TDI Highline Plus 2017 model

Extremely proud of you Sunderdeep ji for the recognition you have at the VW India managerial and executive top level. You deserve it.

I bought kushaq, promised that service centre will open in my area in few months, it’s been 1.5 years still no sign of service centre. There is only one proper fully capable service centre in Odisha in Cuttack. My car met with accident and i have to drive 400+ km to get the repair work done as other service station 150 km away didn’t have capability to repair. Sales agent falsely promise things while selling and customers have to suffer after buying. I have to drive 400+ km to get a skoda service while Toyota/hyundai/tata/mahindra/kia every company have presence in Rourkela. If skoda see a future in India they have to make their service station available at all sales points. Your showroom doesn’t even have their own service station person to install small accessory like window chrome beading. I have to fight with showroom and return accessory because after visiting multiple times to the showroom they were unable to arrange a person to install accessory. Skoda will be dead in next 5 years if this tactic of just selling cars and no service station continues.

Sunderdeep Singh Jee, these things are okay but VW GROUP will eventually regret why they DID NOT LISTEN to you and People of India. They SHOULD see their SALES FIGURES and RECONSIDER their DECISION to LAUNCH POLO or a SMALL CAR under 10 lakhs. I am also a VW owner and it would be very sad to watch them shutting down in india. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤and 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 for you..

Sir i got taigun sport gt plus 1.5 mt this june. I love the car by heart but one thing ie its AC cooling capacity is not up to mark. Hope you suggest VW to upgrade that.

Love my Taigun, it's definitely fun to drive, has good ride quality and handling. I also feel safer and more relaxed in this car due to low road and interior noise. The only concern has been, a few initial niggles and couple of parts failure. I totally agree with reduced parts cost, reduced maintenance cost, improvement in problem resolution through service centre. A few requests: Give LED headlamp upgrade options for lower variants, further improve service experience. Increase long term reliability of the car.

Sir ji ek issue hai VW service me uspe apne mujhe bataya nahi. Kayi bar puch chuka hu. Ye service value pack se related hai. Mujhe bahut pareshani ho rhi hai. Jis dealer se liya tha maine car waha pe Mai hu nahi dusre jagah se service karwata hu to jaha se maine service value pack liya hai wo paise dete nahi uska khamiyaja mujhe bhugatna pad rha hai.

That 1.5 dsg is a dream come true and that dream is coming true for me tomorrow 🙂 but not in terms of VW but Skoda(same same 😄). Hope more and more people choose these cars over the tin cans !

Paaji... All said & done. VW-Skoda have almost tried all options including big discounts on selected variants to improve their Sales nos in India. Instead my suggestion is to offer their 4 Cylinder 1.5 TSI MT from Base variant for buyers to experimence their Best Performance Engine & Driving Dynamics. 1.5 TSI Base Variant should be around maximum ₹1 lac higher than the 1.0 TSI Base Variant with the same feature list offerings. Maybe who knows this Base 1.5 TSI might attract buyers against competition offerings & improve Sales nos. Many are reluctant in buying 1.0 TSI because many buyers are aware of past problems of poor single digit Efficency, EPC, AC, etc.....

Vw me sir ek small car like i20 baleno vs polo but ek big car honi chahie like fortuner ,Gloster ...its mine thought as a vw family❤

Its important for VW and Skoda to bring back Polo and Fabia. Further more VE should bring the 1.5 MPI engine for Kushaq and Taugun - may be with a mild hybrid added.

Sir, People who are currently using Virtus GT, should be given a choice of upgrading to any facelifted features when it gets released. Next time, when you meet Ashish, please ask if there is any such plan. Because who just bought the car few mons before the facelift release or who are currently using it will regret for not waiting.

I do not believe on service packages peoples are still getting bill of 10-12k even having those packages.

Features ab customer btayenge apko ki car mein kya hone chahiye? You (VW) should be able to read the market in features section. I have a VW and it’s amazing! And i give priority to safety, build, engine and drive quality. On the other hand, when i sit in my friend’s kia seltos i’m really impressed with the features, ventilated seats, 360 parking and nice interiors and all that jazz. Sir ab features par bhi dhyaan dena shuru kar dijiye, aur kitni wait karoge??

Paaji I'm a big fan of your content from the last few years. I'm from Odisha, I've a Nexon, wanna upgrade to a Sedan. In awe of Virtus. But the only problem is that VW has SCs only in the capital bhubaneswar and no where else. I love taking roadtrips, so I've to live witb constant anxiety of vehicle breaking down in an unserviciable area.

Bring a comparison between lower variants of Sonet Htk+ and XUV 3xO Ax5. As it will help middle class buyers. These variants have almost all practical features and it clicks all check boxes. It will be my first car and currently I am learning driving. I think you will surely bring this most awaited comparison.

Only problem or complain I have in Taigun is doors rating noise in 22 lakh car on uneven roads… my other Hyundai vehicle does give that noise

i hope dealer do not close down in Guwahati, Assam i purchased polo in 2011 and dealer got closed in Assam. Now in 2024 got a Virtus Dsg, i hope dealer remains open for next 15 years

Hello paaji, 1 suggestion if you can get it across to Guptaji. Just like Skoda, even VW have started testing their sub 4 metre SUV to compete with Brezza/Nexon/XUV3xO/Venue/Sonet. If they can name it Polo, I'm pretty sure gaadi hathon haath bik jayegi 😜

Kuldeep ji. Very nice videos. But the market for sedan is going down. I have Vento 1.2 TSI. Marvelous car but now I want to switch to a 7 seater 19lac SUV. VW is missing here. I am constraint to move to an affordable Gurkha or a Scorpio 4x4.

VW should bring in sub 4m cars suv, sedans & hatchbacks in India as tax slab on the same cars is lower and this will help them in bringing their cars at lower prices to the customers.

VW Group ki spares availability issue sabse badi wajah hai inke kum sales ki. Open market me spares bechate nahi aur customer ko unke workshop par hi gaadi repair karane ke liye force karte hai, jahan service bahut mehangi hoti hai. Infact every spare part sold is at premium price.

No doubt good cars, i am using 2 ...but getting a warranty on any issue is difficult...you need to visit 2-3 times, and then only the part will be replaced

VW should try and make a car proportionate(size) to the competition(both interior and exterior) and I am sure they will do good. Virtus slavia just proved it by making the car as spacious with good ground clearance as their rivals. But sadly their Taigun could not

Interview was great but few things left to be asked is-- low AC cooling (complaint of most 2.0 car owners), poor plastic quality in dash board. Hope they solve these 2 major issues with facelifts.
