Dissonant stops you from using it, but you can still get the bell. You still need bell for W rank

DO NOT GO FLAME CHARM ironsing has a mantra called metal armaments and with it even if you dont really have a pve set you can one cycle ethrion flamecharm isnt worth going purely for flame wisp another reason is a talent that gives you way less blood loss (WHICH AGAIN, IS VERY USEFUL FOR NLK)

Flame wisp increases survivability. You are focused on DPS if you're doing that and if that's the case you matter well tell people to make glass cannon builds and go ishiin ring as well.

@@Inuu tbf if ur using NLK ironsing is the only viable one cause it reduces your bloodloss by like 2.5x basically negating NLK flame wisp barely heals half a bar and theres just better ways to heal IMO but if you had to pick would you rather half a bar of healing or 2x the damage? i prefer the 2x damage but thats up to you cause the snipers are basically free healthpacks anyways

Technically, through some stupid code, Layer 2 has the Overworld property that makes NLK useable. Otherwise, you'd wipe if you tried to use it in L2. So it still applies the 2x blood loss effect. edit: do feel free to correct me if im wrong

Why NLK not Vampirism?? Edit: So i just saw on wiki Conditioned runner is reduced while using NLK and Fishman gives less healing (U dont even need fishman anyway you got the drown modifier)
