Hello, Dr! My dog had a mast cell tumour on her for, so they had to amputate. She’s been having some issues with her inflammatory response and her oncologist recommended we start Palladia as a maintenance med. What does that mean? Could you please do a video on Palladia? Thank you.

Could you do a video about diets that help prevent cancers? I’m so scared that my new puppy will get cancer after losing my 8 yr old Am Staff to lymphoma . Right now I’m feeding a commercial raw food. But I don’t know if I completely trust the info I’m getting. I would love your opinion.

Highly recommend you check Dr Judy, Morgan website. Buy her her books too. Feeding species appropriate raw food is the right food to feed any dog.

My dog got stelfonta injection, and today is day 15th. The wound is big and is contracting. So if the wound is still open at day 28th, means mast cells are still active?

No, not at all. About 55% are healed by week 4 and 78% by week 6. And some may take longer. I think all of the 80+ MCT I have treated were healed by week 6. Wound presence does not indicate MCT. If there is a mass once it is healed after 28 days, then we recommend aspirate and cytology. Does that help?
