I get happy-sad when I see Byron because the acting is top tier but his character makes me wanna cry

Byron is such a good actor nails every scene he is in....

Byron is hilarious. He plays these parts of his character so well. The one where he's been taking packages to the rubbish dump instead of delivering is one of my favorites.

He's so darned good. His shift from excitement to pain was perfect.

This acting skill.. his face when he tries to look normal to pretend he didn't expect this surprise.. Byron is so talented. Guys, you're giving us Hollywood quality in RU-vid videos. Incredible.

This is just heartbreaking, so dramatic! And Byron is truly a fine actor. Loved the skit (or rather almost a short film).

This is why I never expect anything from other people on my birthdays. You won't be disappointed if you don't have high expectations. You can always count on yourself for a little celebration, treat, present, etc since you'd be in charge. Anything else that happens from anything/anyone will just be a nice surprise.

This is sadly very relatable. I responded to a couple of OPs about the day (just started 10th grade at 13 years old) my mom announced that they would no longer celebrate their adopted kid’s birthdays. They would only celebrate their biological son’s birthday from then on. This video had me shedding tears for Brian, myself and my two adopted brothers.

Poor Byron, he should treat himself to a nice birthday dinner. I heard there's this great place doesn't mind if you're eating alone and the staff love singing you happy birthday ;)

This is special. The way this was written, shot and directed is all very deliberate and fantastic, but it needs to be carried by the performance. And Byron delivered way above and beyond. He perfectly navigated the emotional roller coaster this skit is supposed to be. The quiet desperation behind his joy is literally perfect! And the amount of ground you guys manage to cover in a 4 minute sketch. This is incredibly impressive work guys!

It's been 10 years and I'm still waiting for my surprise party. Imagine how surprised I will be when it happens!

Byron is legitimately one of the very best actors on this channel. Not at all disparaging anyone else! Just trying to call out how hard he rocks his performances. Edit: Even if every feature seems to be a character that tries to emotionally tear our heart out. 😅😭😂

For four years I've shared the same house with the same set of people. One of them has a birthday two days after mine. Only one of our birthdays is celebrated with gifts including a group bought Switch, and no one even mentions the other despite repeated reminders of when it is. Byron is too relatable.

The worst bit was having to go through the stage where he thought they'd remembered, but I know this is VLDL and there's no way that Byron's not getting double crushed... he's so happy and I know it's just going to get worse. Byron's the best.

I love how Byron flips his hat and does a small dance when he's excited. Such a small detail that brings alot of life to his character. His acting is impeccable ❤️🤍💙

Why didn't they tell Brian about the Playtech birthday celebration when they checked the Callander? He asked if there was something going on today 2 minutes before they set up a party table with cake. No one thought that might be what he was asking about?

Something similiar happened to me.... I grew up in a household where we didnt celeberate birthday so its not a big deal for me to this day. However in my 20s i worked in a IT helpdesk call centre. Think open plan floor 100s of staff split in to teams of 20. Every week seemed to be someones birtnday somone would pop round with a card and asked to donate a pound(dollar)... i would chip in everytime . Cause of this i kept an eye on my birthday month and during the week i assumed a collection was made for me as they usually did one without making the Bday boy/girl unaware. Not a peep . Nothing . Not even anyone wishing me well . Worst part somone came round asking me to donate money to a bday following week. Never chipped in after that. After i got married my partner who grew up with bdays surprised me ... i just told her i would spoile her silly on our annersary which i have done over 10 years but lets agree to skip bdays. Instead i would do something random and give her a nice surprise throughout the year. Fuck bdays lol

I can't decide for whom i feel sorry the most in bored series throughout the years. Adam, Hamish or Byron because these guys get easily stepped on alot lol. The acting is totally insane, writing is like real life but made in humorous way while still clinging to reality. If there ever was a limit to these guys talents in VLDL then they cross these limits every day for living. So impressive and i can't help but want more!

When I was younger, birthdays were a big deal to me. When I lost my mother the day before my birthday, its been 10 years and it doesn't get any easier. I don't celebrate my birthday anymore. It is just a painful reminder. I don't make birthday wishes anymore. I wish simply to have had the time to let her know how amazing a mother she was, how much I took her from granted, and wish I only had another opportunity to tell her how much she meant to me. Anyone that reads this, please don't make the same mistake I made. Call your mother now. I mean really, right now, and surprise her with a call simply to let her know how much you love and care for her. You'll take 5 minutes out of your day, and it will make her entire week knowing it.

Everytime, deep down at the very bottom of my broken heart, i have the hope the good thing happens, but then i remember this is a VLDL video, here there are no happy endings, here is all suffering and despair... Nice video I love you guys!!!!
