I'm a morning person who also gets up at 5am. I've found that getting up early and having a routine is a great combination. Always start with making the bed.

One of my goals is to be a morning person. I LOVE the idea of starting my days off early. However, I stay up until 12, 1 2 AM sometimes. When my alarm goes off I snooze the morning away. lol. Having a night routine I think will help me. Looking forward to seeing yours and getting some tips..

I did this for 3 weeks then failed after as I got so tired I couldn’t wake up anymore lmao and then I was like mornings aren’t for me but now the gym is so packed when I go after work I might be forced to go back to going in the early mornings before work again 😭 and sometimes I don’t have the energy after work
