I'm an old member of Lucy Squad. I lost around 10 kgs by doing her workouts for a year. Then due to my exams I had to quit working out. After which I thought I'd give weight training a chance at the gym. It's going to be 6 months this November of me training at the gym and I have only lost 2.5 kgs. Thank you Lucy, Your workouts have really helped my wife's blood sugar numbers during her pregnancy and I do them with her to help motivate her. I'm happy to find my clicking right knee is improving after only 2 weeks.
I really like the warm up and cool down added to the videos. I hit 1500 steps and at my peak my HR was 161! I have to do low impact due to a knee injury so it was great to lift my heart rate like that!

I love your coaching, the reminders to think about the exercise and hold your form it's quality content over just fast moves that don't make sense. You are fabulous at motivating me and helping keep form and feel the exercise instead of rushed motions that I don't grasp. A breath of fresh air for me just beginning my online workout journey.

Thank you for this plan. I have multiple issues. I know I can follow with what i am able to do! I have looked a long time for exercises I can physically follow. I am 75 and had a back surgery this year
