This will help digestion and reduce Sugar Deposits in the Legs? Where do the truth live. Thanks Dhaval FYI, I have been striving for 10,000 steps but no able to reduce “ Motapa “. I am 80 years of age.

I have been walking for the last 25 years . I am aged 61 as of now . Walking is the best exercise which provides mental peace, toning of all organs of the body and keep your vitals like BP, Sugar level within acceptable range. Daily walking may vary from 5000 steps to 10000 steps or more with in a time span of 1.5 hrs. Information given by the Doctor is precise and useful,

आपका वीडियो जानकारी से भरपूर है। इतने अच्छे वीडियो के लिए बधाई। एक ऑर्थोपिडिक का कहना है सीमेंट रोड पर वॉक नहीं करना चाहिए घुटनो की परेशानी शुरू हो सकती है। मै 68 हूं, एक स्टैन्ट डाला हुआ है। मै सुबह शाम मे 8 से 9 किलोमीटर हर दिन वॉक करता हूँ, स्पीड करीब 5 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा होती है। क्या यह सही है?

I would say this is a perfect advice and I highly appreciate. 30 minutes is good walk. Thank you Doc. I have been doing 30 mins brisk walk about 3KM per day in one go. 30 mins exercise in the morning. I am 71 and it’s keeping me fit without any medicine whatsoever.

I walk everyday about 10,000. Steps every day morning and even that is Ten thousand I am from New York I 92 and 3 month old and my is Surinder Kathuria I walk every day rain or cold I walk in house or outside.

Dear Dr. Sahiba, Good afternoon, I am 66+, I do exercise/yoga including cycling (mini cycle - front paddling/back paddling) for at least 15 minutes say for around at least 1 hour & after sweating feel comfortable. In evening I walk medium for at least for half an hour & sweating is on good amount - here I feel tightness on beyond my knee (pindliya) muscle. Is it sufficient to be in good health. I am diabetic/BP patient (under control). Mam your comments/suggestion are required & are awaited. Thanks & Regards - Bindra 😊🙏

I am 81 years & walk 3 km every day except on weekends. I have spinal stenosis. Like you said I sit down on the bench when I find one. I also do chair exercise at home. Am I doing too much? I keep 5000 steps as a limit. I have controlled diabetes. A1c 6.5 Reason I am writing is I like post & the way you describe in simple way. Will be looking for more posts. Thanks

Mera pair me fracture hua tha. 3 months ho gaye. Pair me swelling hai. Dr. Kahte hai 6 mahine lagege. Mai baithen baighen exercise karta hu. Fir bhi muzhe chalna chahiye.

Ma,am I am 80+ how much walk is suggested. I walk daily 3.5 km in 45 minutes at my terrace during rainy season and in club in regular season what you suggest.
