Hey John don't know if you'll see this but what advice would you give to me for working out. I workout every day except Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I've lost a lot of fat and I look okay but I'm just not really gaining the muscle I want to see. I take gnc resize for protien. I guess I dont have an idea diet though. I don't eat sugar or super bad stuff but I'm pretty broke so I can't buy very great food either. Any tips?

Probably a herniated disc I had one a year ago and same symptoms you have. When I sit down it was a sharp pinching/burning pain in left leg.. Had to get two surgeries for it. I got mine from lifting too :/

Another great video john I just rented whiplash the other day good movie.I loved the performances from jk simmons and miles teller but I'm not a fan of jazz music so I'm going to give the movie a 3 out of 5 if it wasn't for jk simmons it would be more like a 2 maybe even a 1.

Then you start buying random shit that you don't need like you already own Batman Begins on Blu Ray but there's a steelbook and so you sell your regular Blu Ray to waste more money on the same movie just so you can have it in a case that might deflect a bullet one day. Street Fighter now has an energy drink?! Why wasn't I informed?!? lol Anyway I haven't seen Whiplash, I did watch the Oscars, and was pleased to see J.K. Simmons win the Best Supporting Actor Award. Judging by some clips, I think this may be his best performance to date. I'm now gonna want to check out the movie.

Damn i know this video is old, but something i noticed with your flicktrips, walmart and best buy always have hella parking ! In FL youd be LUCKY to walk a mile from the parking lot to walmart. Side note: i have ran out of a best buy after looking at pokemon cards, the guy in the yellow shirt stopped me but i said i was late to work lol. Not that i steal, but they are kinda pointless upfront

You should move to Florida John! I live in Orlando, which seems to be the place you have described as your ultimate paradise. It was 75 degrees out today, there is so much to do that you won't even know what to do. There is Universal studios where you can get your adrenaline pumping, and live out your Marvel fantasies, there is Disney World here to save you a midst your mid life crisis, and there is so many foreigners taking photos that nobody will care when you whip out your camera in public! Shit I should be a travel agent...
