In this video I move on to the glue up of the upper and lower cases. This includes fixing mistakes on dovetails, filling gaps, and overcoming problems that come up in the glue up.

After this glue up, I think that’s all I’ll be using for dovetailed cases!

Love this build. I have definitely had dovetails get a little too tight with regular titebond 2. I may have feel asleep through my first attempt to watch this so.. you get two views. Working full time and burning the candle at both ends in the shop..

@@EastOakWoodworking nope just stopped moving long enough for my body to take a time out. Really love the content definitely think that your channel is amazing. I know a ton of time goes into just producing the content let alone such a detailed build.

I’ve been there, I feel your pain. For this very reason is why I used Liquid Hide Glue. Long working time, 20 minutes at least, and when something like this happens, it is easily reversible. I can stop the process, take it back apart, fix the problem and then glue it back together. Difficult glueups? Liq HG is the way to go........ LOL. I wrote this as I was watching and now I see you did switch. Great minds think alike I guess.......

lol, I’ll make a dumb mistake sometimes, but never twice in a row. The hide glue was so much better!
