This video is a step-by-step guide on how to build a beautiful and functional black walnut and demi-lune table. My design is actually an oval but you may make any shape you like. This versatile table is perfect for any home and can be used as an entryway table, a side table, or even a console table. I will show you everything you need to know, and the project took about ~6 hours of "hand time" however there's a lot of downtime in between steps so be prepared to set it aside in between gluing, curing, and finishing.
I use a variety of tools to complete this project, however, this project could be completed with just about any workshop. The joinery is very limited and since the top is mostly solid, PVA glue holds it together.
