New subscriber. Just saw your recent 2023 travel vlog on my feed, so thought would come watch this WDW series first. Your resort is gorgeous, although definitely a long trek to get to from reception. I've definitely got Blaze pizza on our list to try during our 2nd WDW trip this November. I look forward to seeing what adventures you get up to.

Hi boys! We just finished watching your Travel Day after it popped up as a recommended channel on RU-vid - and we loved it! We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter on our honeymoon in 2019, the sister resort to your Riverside, and caught those river boats to Springs too, they're so nice aren't they! Your room looked great - and we loved those tees in Target, we may have to pop there on our next trip! LOL. We're excited to watch the rest of your series now! Dan & Bob 😊

Ahh yes, we do pop down to French quarter later in the series for breakfast actually, it looked lovely, and the boats to Disney Springs are such a nice touch. Riverside is an incredible resort, we’d definitely recommend it, along with a trip to target to get all those essentials haha!

We loved all the snacks we got 😂 the whole resort theming was incredible but the Easter eggs in the room were a really nice touch. So glad you enjoyed it, we can’t wait to share more ✨

Did not know that Matt was also a dairy dodger like us. have to say, your experience at the airport was far better than ours was at Birmingham 😱😅 We did also have a really low bath so maybe that's an Orlando thing 🤔

Hahaha, yeah he can’t have dairy unless he has a tablet, yeah the bath thing was a bit odd I couldn’t work out why it was so low down. Our airport experience was actually pretty good a lot better than we expected ☺️

Just came across your video and very enjoyable and the wife said your very likeable lol great flight and we have a priority pass through our jobs so we use the lounges a lot , may shock you but I’ve found luton the best so far and your wouldn’t think that . We will go long haul again soon but we’ve enjoyed europe last few months with trips to Spain belfast lithuania Poland and kosovo in March . Will subscribe and thanks it was really good and ps when you broke the headphones my wife said he is exactly like you lol I break the unbreakable 👍 superb

Loved the Garveys reference! You are bang on the money, Target is exactly like a big B&M, but all part if the holiday fun and I liked your T Shirt find. Haha got to love a bit of Benidorm! We changed our hotel and then were unable to change the parking so we had to drive out of the car park then back in. Thank you so much, Our pre travel day vlog has more info on the HGI if you wanted to check that out 🙂

Okay wow, so Matt and I have followed each other on twitter for a while, and I knew you guys were out there the day after me, but didn't realise you were at the sister resort to me too! (French Quarter here). We event went to the same place to eat in Disney Springs on our respective Travel Days, honestly what are the coincidences! Looking forward to the rest of the series!

Oh awesome I hope you enjoyed it how was French quarter? Yeah we were at Riverside loved it we popped over to French quarter one morning to get the mickey beignets as riverside don’t do them. How was your pizza 🍕?

@@itsrobandmatt French quarter was bliss! Very very similar to Riverside, but a lot smaller, rooms were fairly similar too! I won't lie, I thought blaze was overated ngl! like it was nice and tasty, but wasn't like omg amazing!

We’ve never had a Blaze pizza - Matt what did you go for to avoid lactose belly? 🤔 We love the idea of staying at PO but feels like the rooms are quite the wall (as indeed you showed) so it always puts us off. Looking forward to catch up on the rest of your trip, even if we are late to the party!

Blaze is well worth a visit! I can’t remember if they had lactose free cheese or not…I always carry lactaid tablets with me though so I popped one of them and was consequence free 😂 We would HIGHLY recommend PO Riverside, it was an incredible resort with so much to offer and so much character! Hope you both enjoy the series! There’s another one just around the corner 😉

Glad you enjoyed Dena! It was a bit of a walk, luckily there was a bus stop right by our room though so we didn’t have to do it every day. The Uber took about 5 minutes to arrive once we booked it, but I think our phones were struggling to connect the first day! The next episode is out today at 5pm 😁

Loved the vlog. Strange questions.... Was that a private transfer from Mears via Virgin? Can I ask where the head phones plug in... saw lots of points on the screen or do they plug in seat?

Hi Donna, so glad you enjoyed it 😁 The transfer was via Mears themselves, we had booked the Mears Connect, however as there was no one else heading to our resort area, they put us in a private transfer. The headphones plug into the armrest of the seat ☺️
