We bought Norman honeycomb shades for twelve windows. You would think Norman would look at an order of that size and include the wand. But no, the local retailer said they cost $51 which after spending thousands is truly a chintzy thing to do and this is the first I’m hearing of a wand even existing for these shades.

As Rebecca says below, it would be REALLY helpful if you could identify this device. Just installed new blinds and the device I was given is fine for pulling down, but tilts the bottom of the blind so much it won't fit into the magnetic slot at the top. Why did you bother with this video if you can't name the product?

The product has been named in the title of the video. As you can read it, “Norman Window Fashions Portrait Honeycomb “. But, this wand only works for this shade.

We are getting lots of calls from people asking for these wands. We are having them shipped to them. You can order them from the company that your shades came from as well. The brand depends on the shades that you have. There is no generic wand that I’m aware of.

It would be really helpful if you could tell us the brand or where we could find one of these. It is exactly ahat I am lookjnf for and I am excited to see it exists. But I can't find it anywhere.

Hi Rebecca. The wand depends on the brand and on the type of shade you want to operate. Identify which brand you have and what type of a handle you have. Then search for that brand’s wands for hard to reach windows. If you need assistance I’d suggest calling a local dealer or call us. But my answers will be exactly what I just wrote. :)
