@@ctaaaaaaa I’m not against him telling his story. Just thought his comment about not wanting to think about his parter or speak about him was ironic. Considering he is making a living doing exactly that.
@Blingy McDaddy I listened to the entire podcast. I think the guy is just as shady and guilty as his partner. That’s just my opinion. Might be wrong but opinions are just that, opinions.
It would be if it was just some random person they did it to. But because he’s in that industry (weapons) it isn’t out of the normal course of interactions.
@@ScooterLee-ei1ep not true. The govt must prove that even without the coercion, the person would have committed the criminal act. A random person can argue they would never illegally possess a firearm. It’s harder for a guy with a history of selling and possessing firearms to claim the same.
@@ScooterLee-ei1ep nothing is or isn’t in a court of law. If you are ever involved with an undercover operation, any defense attorney worth their weight will argue entrapment. I’m saying in this scenario, that argument is a tough sell to any judge or jury.
I did 2 years with efraim at the low. New the hole story before they made the movie. Kid was cool and brilliant. Efraim needed a cut throat partner to get it done then him. More too the story then his side of it. And efraim kept his picture with them together in his locker and had nothing bad to say about him but he got a hole lot to say
Look the guys a scumbag and totally deserved to go to jail, but handing a dude a gun and then slapping some handcuffs on him for possession of a fire arm sounds like the easiest entrapment case ever. Plus they probably could have gotten more time for him doing deal making instead.
This guy seems like the real sycophantic that is just smart enough to get away with shit. I wouldn’t doubt if all everything he says isn’t actually the other way around. I don’t trust this guy a bit.
It's possible I guess but I don't see why he'd bother. Sociopaths generally only care about the next scheme and hustle not rehashing old shit for no reason.
@@Noadvantage246 exactly, dude was never like that but his partner was and was easy to follow him but it didn't work out, he was about the part and having a good time aspects I saw a older interview where he was very excited to tell his story lol but he didn't do nothing crazy it's not like they killed alot of people ect ect
I don’t know man. There are plenty of interviews with genuine sociopaths, and even if you’ve run into them in person ( real ones) they’re pretty easy to actually point out. Unless you’re just using the term like people use narcissistic, or sue-ee-cidal. ( To describe someone whose not actually narcissistic and just a but selfish. Or say $uicidel without any actual desire to off themselves.) The S word seems to get some comments taken down, hence the weird spelling.
Isn’t it sad a friend can take you from being a bum and make you a millionaire and now that he’s stumbled you go around saying you don’t care what happens to him or how long he sits in prison for the same shit you did UNLESS he gives you more money?
Correction.... the money Efraim owed him. You'd be pretty upset too if you and I did business together and I f**ked you over and didn't pay you your cut
The real life story is better than the movie it's still online it's a Rolling Stone article. Although in real life criminals don't pay you for not snitching they just don't kill you.
Let’s say Efraim comes out and does a podcast similar to this! And he says and attests to the complete opposite of what David has said… who do you believe?
Story is pretty accurate, I love Efraim though, pretty crazy kid. Reminds me of my brother, but I know he's not a product of his environment or anything, he has something fundamentally wrong or different in his noggin.
David sounds like he's the same person to me so want to talk to the other guy because he wants to change his life he doesn't want to talk to him cuz he felt like he got slighted out of money. that's why you mentioned it and try to play it off by laughing about it but he really mean it
There has to be some kind of threat or coercion before it becomes entrapment. Wa Gun Law channel just talked about ATF entrapment the other day and it was pretty crazy what they can actually get away with.
And there's leeway. One of my good friends was an avid Hunter, the wildlife officer decided run his name. And found out he had a felony but since he was legal in every other aspect and it was a few years after he got off probation. He got back on probation. But let's say you had a pistol under your shirt and some drugs they will smoke your boots!
Not in Florida if you already have a felony charge it's 10-20 years they don't fuck around down there in the free state of Florida the land of jackboot Nazis.
