Maroo is obviously running a scam business. You collect the Ayatan stars to put into the sculptures. The sculptures are completely worthless, they were created to look pretty and motivate you to get them. The real thing she is after is the stars. The stars she sells back to the factions, for a boatload of credits from the Grineer, and endo from the Corpus, which is why you find the stars from their lifeless bodies. She doesn't actually "extract" endo from the sculpture itself, she just gives you a portion of what she earns from selling the stars. I mean it's so obvious.
That's what happen, when a Game Dev. team is assembled from Artists, Programmers, Managers and Businessmen together, but not by each individually. And that's what happen, when they Create, and not Produce.
"What is the Void." The Warp from Warhammer 40k. Literally the same thing. Not that I'm complaining, it's an awesome concept, especially since WE are the chaos marines this time around, and still we resist the forces of chaos.
Digital extremes is a prime example of a great dev studio! They made warframe into one of the top games on steam and manage to keep a fair monetization model. Even though you can perfectly play without spending money, i'm more than happy to support DE for the amazing work they do.
There needs to be a quest where we get Steve's pizza hat as a decoration for the tenno. Or make it an additional quest reward for Space Mom's next quest.
Nitain didn't originally drop from alerts exclusively. The way I heard it, some of the moronic players got stupid salty that nitain was dropping too regularly and "too easily" to farm, so they supposedly changed the way Nitain is farmed now. The grind can get ridiculous sometimes, but some morons want to make it harder than it should be because of "reasons". There's an android app for Warframe that DE made that sends you notifications on Nitain alerts so you can jump in and farm them asap - the only bad thing about the damn app is that it can piss you off sometimes when you get the Nitain alert notification and you're not even on PC/Console to be able to farm it. For the ultra-casual - meaning not a hard-core grinder - you can average 1-2 nitain alerts at best PER DAY, 3-4 on weekends if you binge the game all weekend. The worst frame that requires a LOT of Nitain is Vauban Prime with at least 25 Nitain needed for the full build - once you're done building him, you won't need Nitain that much. After I was able to finish Vauban Prime, I slacked off on farming Nitain - I have about 232 Nitain currently in storage and kinda wish you can sell them in trade chat to earn more plat.
So they solved stupid problem(too much nitanin) with most stupid decision(making it literaly impossible to waste 1-2 days of farm to get it enough and never think again about nitanin), and to solve another stupid problem i have to use some fcking app(not even for pc, for my phone for some fcking reason), and dropp all my things and ran to pc in order not even farm but to finish 1 fcking alert to get 1 fcking nitanin? I heard some game devs do cocaine-i think warframe devs do glue.
I don't care what they're doing... but right now, all I can think of is that Rebecca's THICC. Lordy, that girl's gorgeous! Back to your argument, I do kinda agree that they sometimes do some questionable stuff with some gaming decisions like marginalizing Nitain. Fortunately; once you get used to the "rhytmn" of the alerts even if you miss an alert that your phone notifies you for, it's almost always exactly four hours later that another Nitain alert will go off. I'm only glad that when you go to a Nitain alert, you GET a nitain for your trouble and it isn't locked behind ridiculous RNG. I have sucky RNG when it comes to farming mutagen samples, plastids, and orokin cells - but every nitain run is always 100% nitain rewarded at the end.
The fact that it's so different from other titles gives it such a refreshing charm. They don't bother cramming pretentious words and terms down our throats in a forceful attempt to convey a self-importance, the almost cryptic manner of words and names in the game incites us to dig into the content on our own, to start scrounging around for any available clues and theorycraft what things are, what's really going on behind the scenes, etc. Forming an understanding of the game's universe is very involved like a good and elaborate puzzle, unlike other titles whose lore is all immediately presented guided tour style. Warframe is cognitively engaging for our natural curiosity, rather than trying to sell itself in a superficial manner. And I love that.
@@souldanny. literally the first word i said in warframe when i started playing cause i m new and tryna get to know more people and yea suspended on my first word
Clem was created by 4chan. People like to attribute it to Datareaper's "webcomics", but those comics were inspired by posts by an anonymous 4chan user about a grineer enemy who had followed his team to extraction, and the poster wishing he could take the grineer home with them instead of their useless 4th teammate. Other anonymous users expanded on the idea, writing about mock scenarios involving the character, and came up with the name based on some of the gibberish commonly shouted by grineer enemies. The people who run warframe's wiki actively fight to suppress this information.
@@youngjdef becuz 4chan is totally a racist site totally not edgy memes just racist incel cuckboys becuz they totally are not joking and there's only one board
real answer of why we hunt for air in survival mission: because in the beginning of the mission lotus tell: there is a hidden tenno agent collecting the rewards. so if the air run out the agent cannot get rewards any further
Your life drops to like 1 HP but I never actually died but after a while the mission just failed, so I really don't know... Did you guys ever died when you ran out of life support? I think that maybe life support doesn't mean just oxygen, there might be many other things involved.
It's odd if you see any romantic chemistry between these two. Unless you don't really know what romantic chemistry looks like and thinks any friendly interaction as 'romantic'. They don't even appear to be super good friends. It's not like how Reb is with Meghan or Danielle.
@@mr.shlonglong1601 I come from the future! The servers are long dead and the game was made fully offline. You will just be able to use cheat engine and get loads!
Steve says he thinks Avatar the Last Airbender is the best thing ever and I imediately see a picture of the opening where Ember plays as Azula, Atlas as The Boulder, Zephyr as Aang and Hydroid as master Pakku with Chroma screaming "I'm the Avatar and you gotta deal with it." in the background.
8:50 Umbra foreshadowing Considering The Sacrifice, the Umbra series will likely be a series of original prototype frames, while the Primes and non-Primes are production copies.
Doubt it. When ballas was talking to umbra in the hospital, he tells him he is turning into a "surrogate of the unholy Tenno". The Tenno came after the original warframe project was cancelled thanks to the original warframes retaining their memories and sentience after being infected by the helminth, thus rendering them unstable and a potential danger(like umbra). This was fixed with the later models after the Tenno and transference came around. Excalibur Prime was the first. Umbra was a passion project of ballas and ballas alone, as he wanted to punish umbra for trying to expose his plans.
I think most people have been looking at the Orokins the wrong way. Think in terms of comparing it to the Roman Empire, who extensively ruled over a vast population of different groups of people. While there were many culture and ethnicities, few called themselves Roman citizens. I think this is what's going on here. While the Orokins "elites" are dead, the former subjects of the empire live on in the likes of the Corpus and Ostron. I don't think the Tenno are deranged enough to massacred the "Orokins" down to the last man, woman, and child. We've only just killed off the slave masters.
I think there weren't many Orokin. Look at Ballas, he's a real Orokin and he got special powers. Maybe the Orokin were kind of the godkings during their era.
They only massacred the ruling class in the ceremony (per Stalker lore). But they didn't massacre every single one of them as several managed to escape and live beyond the time of the massacre (per Simaris scan lore) and even formed the Grineer. The Orokin were immortal as they could swap bodies. And they ruled with a strict caste system that even their tech is locked by genetic code. The Tenno managed to permanently kill them somehow, and this led to a command structure that lost all of its top leaders with the ones at the lower ranks unable to use the tech and replace them. Even then it's not like the empire collapsed immediately the day after that. There are still records of the time when the empire is still sorta functional but the Tenno are already branded The Betrayers.
+wles mana Yes. I nearly forgot about that. That really sucks, the owner being sent to the hereafter, and the other residents unable to browse and access their domain.
DE Steve: "We are going to bring those back..." (Trails, Vauban Rework, Universal Vacuum, Nyx Rework, Melee 3.0, Inahilation of power creep, fixes to enemy scaling, etc. ) DE Rebecca: "We always say that though..."
I love your open and honest approach to how you develop, maintain, and evolve this game. As a software developer I honestly admire the story of DE and am glad to see the company flourish. Keep on keepin' on :)
XAndroid1 lol yeah, those mini games aren't advertised. I found out about them by accident. Now I have to be very careful about which direction I select my appearance (console) lest I find myself bouncing a baby zepher through the air!
I agree with you guys in bringing gradivus-like events and all those things from back than. It was my favorite thing about warframe back than. It was really an incentive to grind when u have everthing u want and it increased durability for me. Now i mostly play when new stuff comes out. You could even hide there new mods ('member farming lethal torrent? I 'member) even if they're just niche and comunity unlocked goals.
I love them!!! The creators, the public reps, the design team... every person who has made this game possible and have influenced me and my sons lives. Thank you 🙏 I
I love how it’s like, hey we’re gonna answer your questions about our game and then they just make up nonsense for every answer, WE ACTUALLY WANT SOME ANSWERS DE
Mirage was my favorite warframe regarding back story I nearly damn cried as I was reading the pieces in the quests it was just so beautiful man. For anyone wondering about doing the mirage story do it the story is beautiful man
i think one of the reasons why i would rate warframe in one of my top 3 mmos is bc of the community. its one of the most welcoming, and helpful communities i have ever seen. it is one of the real reasons why i keep coming back to this game, and im the type of traditional, mage, dps, tank, and support mmo kind of gal.
Is that supposed to mean, "yes" in this context? Just making sure. Cause I just want to make sure about whether you're making fun of me for being stupid (for which I couldn't blame you, since I do that plenty, myself) or if you're being silly as well. 😁
Only thing I want to know is... On the operator Alignment for Dark/Light/Neutral, under the large orb, what do the little twigs/berries/leafs mean and how do you obtain or change them?
