@@gothgirlfan93 yeah but sadly they don’t realize how terrifying they are and often get treated as vile creatures then get depressed and turn into giant insects
@@NTRMAN-bh2bd Those are the beasts of Nurgle. Demons like the Great Unclean Ones are very aware of how others perceive them, but just see that as being misguided.
To be fair, Chaos Gods are pretty straightforward in terms of what they're about. If you're dealing with one of Khorne's boys, you kinda already know they want blood, skulls and maximum violence. A Tzeentch demon would probably be the most difficult but even then, no matter how confusing and elusive they try to be you can rely on the fact they'll go for anything that helps them gain further knowledge and see past deception.
So everyone is minding their own business, until this old guy appears and instigates everyone against everyone...... A pro instigator. Would have taken gold metal in hood games of RDC wold.
Ok, I figure this is all the different intro cutscenes for all the different narrative tracks of the the game, based on which faction you choose to involve in your scheme.
finally im glad the advisor gets some more lore and more flesh out because i like him hes pretty cool. weird that kislev would freeze him for bringing them good news and hope.
@@soldier22881 Maybe but the Tome of Fates REEKS of Tzeentch sorcery. It was a forbidden tome in the Empire, so I'm guessing Katarin being a magic user herself could sense something was wrong with this guy.
watching all these togather makes it seem like the advisor goes to every faction, at the same time, just making sure whoever wins, he had a deal with, and he cant possibly lose since he is essential to all factions. im sure this is unintended, but how else van everyone pass the maelstorm? is this the lore? one old guy making everyone fight eachother?
Seems legit to me. He wants desperately to be able to use the power of the tome to his own ends, and since that will probably involve killing everyone (this is warhammer, who doesn’t want to?) he might as well kick things off by getting everyone to kill each other as best as they can.
As much as I don't like the idea it seems the most possible. Why else is everyone going into the chaos rifts and stealing demon souls specifically unless this guy told them to? Kislev even thought ursun was dead and has a whole faith war to deal with, so why would they even enter the chaos realm unless this guy showed up. The problem is that how could he be at every place at the same time giving all of them the same offer and simultaneously leading them through the rifts. Maybe he can Teleport but it all seems like an oversight to me.
@@MrTetrisz I mean, we don't know exactly when each of these occurred. Hell, we don't even know how long a turn is. And how often does the advisor actually advise you anyways? Its entirely possible that he spends the entire campaign hopping between factions. Would also explain the hell out of why N'kari can't vassalize player factions. I'd imagine the advisors just pops in with a baseball bat...
I want the way in that game where he fucked up all and go to ancient being like dragon but more independent in power and rule , being that not innterest in Ursun but have plans on that world . It can be Lizards gods or something new .
Technically no, as in one of the game's cutscenes, he states he plans on using the book for profit, aka, using it to influence events, like how he does in EVERY game.
I am confused how some factions aren't defacto super allies. Kislev and Cathay both want to save Ursun. Skarbrand or N'Kari would both accomplish their goals allied with the Orges. A bunch of the chaos factions have compatible goals. I do wonder thematically what is the motivation of the other factions when you don't play as them. For example, Kislev clearly thinks Ursun is dead. If you are N'Kari, why is Kislev gathering some demon souls?
In Skarbrand's case, he would not "Ally" with the ogres. Forced of Khorne usually are just too distracted with their actual foe to turn on each other, which they regularly do in their down-time As for N'kari, you only look at the surface level of Ursun being eaten by the ogres. In all campaigns, you arrive when Ursun is dead. So no physical suffering. And secondly, while Slaanesh is the chaos god of excess, the Ogres do that anyway. God-feast or not. But in taking Ursun's soul, N'kari can revel in the torment of the Kislevites, who starve and freeze to death, and the torment of Ursun, who will forever hear the cries of his followers, his people, and yet cannot save them. That is why N'kari does not include the Ogres.
