"GrimDark und Panzer" Malcador Deffender looks like an ork Mekaniac "wet dream, come true" Sooo much Dakkka. Malcador Infernus... Yeah, this thing screams: "Shoot me in the fuel lines" Malcador Valdor, someone is compensating^^ Malcador The Minotaur... Because "Twins", are hot and smexy

@STORM LORD There is anime series "Girls und Panzer." But to be honest I have never seen even a single episode of that show. The rest is just My creativity.

@@GrimDarkNarrator everyone thinks the Malcador is old and crap and everyone wants the new Leman shinny tanks ...and because people think the Malcador is slow and shit ..it is (because that's how things work there ) .

Great video GDN , always good to see another imperial superheavy lore video. I'm currently trying my hand @ a new scratchbuild based on a Malcador chassis though I'm making it into an oversized LeMann Russ type w/Russ style turret & sponsons . Also making it from foam board as its the most abundant material I have @ this point . Just have to have my friends agree on its stats/datasheet efore playing it. Wishing you a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays asI may be out til then. TY again & keep up the great work .

Amazing assault tank but it needs supporting vehicles because of its limited main gun arc.

Honestly I dont believe the comparison between the Malcador Infernus and hellhound is a fair one as they are different purpose vehicles. Yes they both shoot fire but thats like comparing a small varmit rifle against an anti tank rifle as they both shoot bullets. The hellhound zips around cooking orks, nids, elves, naked cultists, etc and does an excellent job at it. The Malcador could do the same but the inferno cannon can also cook traitor astartes, light vehicles, larger nids, battle suits, etc. It is also the only mounting of the inferno cannon that I know of outside the Legio Titanicus. For this alone I propose that the Malcador is still a valid combat vehicle if a specialist one.

It's also not widely used by imperial guard players...... The rules to points ratio makes the Malcador total garbage!

The macharius heavy tank and the macharius vulcan are both great on table top. The macharius vanquisher is not great though. But all in all the macharius tanks are head and shoulders above the malcador tanks. (A malcador is an over costed lemon Russ but a macharius is a under costed baneblade.)

Well, you say that but now weapon facing is gone. Tallarn anything would be great at 18 wounds, 6 more than a Russ and just as manoeuvrable. A Vostroyan defender is 7 42" heavy bolters, 1 30" demolisher and 18 wounds which you could use +1 to hit on. All for only 200 points, 60 points more than a demolisher Russ and with 7 more guns and 6 more wounds.

I am very sad for this tank. I mean if it was better designed it would have been a great design. This tank is named for Malcador the Hero. May he and this tank forever rest in peace.
