Man I hope you read this. I found your channel after my brother passed away and I was overweight with no motivation in life. But from watching your videos I trained hard for months now I’m making my amateur debut and I’ve never felt better! Thank you for everything!
I'm truly sorry to hear about your loss. That's a real tough one. I'm glad you're able to fight through and keep your spirits up. Your bro is watching down on you.
I know im asking the wrong place but does someone know a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
In these days of lockdowns and restrictions for life in general,it’s a great thing that you do for people all over the world. As always your videos are awesome 🙏
Brother I almost can’t believe that I can train so good at home without live contact .. U make a great job very full and motivational videos . Wish u and your family all the best ! Thank you so much coach!
Great vid, I will forever remember the “no rope ‘skip rope’ video” you made 4 years ago. The other day I went to search for it as I wanted to share the video with someone who’s looking to get in shape, but I couldn’t find it on RU-vid by searching for it, and I thought you’ve removed it. Luckily I had it favourited so I managed to locate it. Always incorporate that workout in when I’m training bro. It would be awesome to see an updated version of the no rope workout. Skipping is amazing man, with or without a rope.
always thanks coach you are great, this is a good warm-up, and in any case your workouts are very hard especially mega cardio boxing it is exhausting to do all three sets, you could do another one with different exercises !!! in my 48 years I still go strong coach !!!
Awesome! I'm looking forward to implementing this. Big question coach; Heavybag or shadow boxing? I feel like I'm benefiting more from shadow training opposed to the bag. However, I dont want to neglect it, as I find it rewarding when I need to apply strength training; power behind jabs, cross, etc
Shadowboxing improves you overall because you can move anywhere and do anything, but nothing like the bag to condition you for sparring and impact of punches.

Great warm up! Works great, used it today. Is the virtual pad work(maybe virtual sparring) coming on this channel or on Precision Striking? Would love to see maybe Naoya Inoue or Roberto Duran.
Its ok, but usually you work fine motor skills first, and gross motor skills after. So weight training after is better. Best is to wait 4-6 hours between workouts, this way you can do either one first.
Super grateful for your workouts, do them almost everyday. Just read that your father is Dutch. Spreek je een beetje Nederlands? Groetjes uit Nederland!
Is this warmup advisable for beginners coach?? Is it a bit too ingense for peiple who are just starting out on boxing..or is it safe to proceef from the very first day as a warmup before boxung
Yes I do. For me if I need energy for Boxing and training I'm best on a 60/20/20 carbs protein fat. If I'm looking to get stronger I get better results on a 40/30/30. Your experience might be different so I would monitor it
@@boxinghomeworkouts thanks also with weight training like bench press should I do it explosive or slow and control it also what’s a good rep range and rest time with benching shoulder press curls?
Hello sir, I am currently learning Karate for 4 yrs, but I don't like it that much.....so now I want to learn boxing, as I already am learning Karate for 4 yrs, my parents don't want me to leave it, so can I practise both boxing and Karate together?
Yes, you can. Just like a lot of Karate practitioners became kickboxers. You just have to adjust to and move in a different way. It won't be hard for you, but it will take some initial focus and dedication.
