I feel this was a very helpful and gentle way to go about it. Thank you :). I’m working through having a relationship with a partner going through depression and I love the factual standpoint but also the faith based points, that helped a lot considering both my boyfriend and I are very faith based.

I have not expressed my feelings due too my spouse and parents think I am jus being moody. I DNT feel they will understand or say it's jus me being moody or never happy. My job issues have been a big factor to my feelings becus I no longer feel like I can do anything right n feeling worthless. I jus feel numb because no point saying anything

I think my husband and I have high functioning depression and I feel like especially for him it's hard to open up about it without feeling like he wants to put up a wall and not talk about it muchm what can I do?
