Hey guys!
These are some tips from me and a little educational guide on how things are done when it comes to Louis Vuitton repairs and exchanges.
This is just my experience and opinion as an S.A. and things may be different for some individuals.

Your thumb nail bag pics are my two favourite clutches. I have both the Eva and Favorite bag. I went to change the front plate of my Favorite Azur 2016 well loved. Unfortunately the repair fixed something else. Then it was returned again and the interior cloth had all glue residue and finally they replaced the interior cloth then the magnet closure didn’t work. I didn’t pay any of the repairs as the mistake was done by the repairs. These back and forth repairs took 6months. So the store manager kindly honoured if I wanted a replacement and gave me a store credit of the bag value. I then brought a speedy 20 Empriente noir and I instantly fell in love. Unfortunately I lost my favorite but I still have an Eva. Customer service at LV is great unlike Chanel. ❤

My husband bought a black leather speedy 20 for me in Italy last year Sep, I noticed that there is some peeling issues on the handles. ( even though I have not used it yet) Can I bring over to LV Singapore for them to check?

Thanks for the information! I was thinking about taking my 6 key holder for repair with the fuschia button because the color is coming off the button. It is only about 3 years old. Do you think I will be charged for the repair for the known issue?

Thanks Merfy - very interesting. Any marks/scratches etc that I’ve done are on me - I have no problem with that. I still have bags with melting/sticky glaze which is really annoying - because I’m no where near a store to return.

I was having trouble with the clasps on my Reverse Bandouliere XL and wanted them replaced. I didn’t mind paying. Even though it was basically unsnapping the ends of the strap and putting on new clasps, they couldn’t do it in the store and needed to send it out. They then told me that the strap was defective and I would get store credit for it! I didn’t want credit, I just wanted my strap which wasn’t made anymore. Somehow my SA got them to send back the strap which I just took back and ordered new clasps from Etsy. So strange but just beware, esp if you have one of these straps.
