WATCH LIVE: Officials searching for former Yakima cop suspected of double homicide, child abduction 

The West Richland Police Department is holding a press conference on the latest developments in the ongoing manhunt for Elias Huizar.
Huizar is suspected of killing a woman outside a West Richland elementary school earlier in the day Monday. He has not been found and is considered armed and dangerous. Police believed he also abducted 1-year-old Roman Huizar.
