Liftoff from pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center is scheduled for 2:42 p.m. EDT (1842 UTC) on Wednesday, May 8. The first-stage booster, making its third flight, will land on the drone ship 'A Shortfall of Gravitas' a little more than eight minutes into the flight.
The mission, designated Starlink 6-56, will be the 47th Falcon 9 launch of the year and the 32nd Starlink mission.
