I feel you. Rejected from friendship, from jobs, from, family. It’s hard as hell. But with time, I’ve learned and understood why it was the way it was and I was laughing down the road. The same thing just happened to me last week! I was waiting for a response to my dream job that I just KNEW was meant for me. I was on my way to a week long trip to a wedding when I found out I was rejected. I’m slowly starting to see how this rejection can be a good thing for me. When rejection comes, I take it as the universe testing your faith on what you truly want. You’re a gem. Truly. People always share their successes, which is great, but sharing rejections is probably just as impacting, probably more so because it makes you more relatable. Last week, I thought I was getting a promotion at my workplace. All my coworkers were confident it was going to be me. Colleagues from multiple cities reached out to me and were confident it was going to be me. I foolishly started to believe it was going to be me. I was ready for that $50k raise. I didn’t get it. I laid in bed for 2 days and didn’t talk to anyone and cried. I’m still salty about it. So seeing this video really put my feelings into perspective. Maybe something better is in store for me. Idk if you’ve already done this, but write a list of all the things you’d delegate to a part time assistant and get prepared for that team member. Some universities have intern programs that work with businesses where they pay the students and you give them the experience. I’m a small creator on TikTok and I resonate with feeling so close, but 600 short of being able to do creator fund. I really resonate with so much of what you said. You have no idea how healing this episode was. I feel so seen!

The quote that keeps me going in challenging times esp I have extreme self esteem issues relating to anything work and my abilities for anything. “Planted not Buried” I relate a lot to when you share struggle life points, situations, health, and etc. I don’t have to relate to creators to enjoy at all but I just happen to relate to you. But the flip side I don’t have is that confidence. I admire the confidence, making what ppl call delusions into your reality, ~ manifesting dream life, walking at your own pace, facing the court of public opinion and coming back to social media, all the while the worries of you never feeling good enough or content .. (heavy relate ) it doesn’t stop you. I can see the fruition of pushing past limited belief that even me.. where I fear I won’t be good enough for any well paying job. I will never be self sufficient and financial independent. Even with the reworking the mind or manifesting. It’s truly helped me in my 20s, you and your content to keep me believing for something more is truly attainable and hope is there for my flaws and all of you show up authentically for yourself and to others. And I love that cause idk I watch a lot of content, read lots of things, and talk with friends or fam. And to see someone thrive feeling the way I feel/felt too about myself honestly amazes me. I'm sorry you didn't get the opportunity. It's so hard when you want something so badly and are rejected. I also believe rejection is redirection but sometimes it takes time and perspective to know the reason. In this case you are maintaining complete creative control over what you produce and that's been working really well for you so far. Maybe it was just the wrong partnership and something even better will come along. This is why I removed email from my phone. It's annoying sometimes when trying to scan tickets, or traveling, - so sometimes I add it back for that - but overall is better for my mental health not to have the email app on my phone.

I think it’s so amazing to change your perspective on situations like this. For example when you asked for us to comment to help you remind you that rejection is in fact redirection. I thought about how great it is that you can turn to a community of people to ask for those reminders and you will receive it. I’m recently trying to start social media and my own podcast and whenever I ask for advice or Q&A questions the only person that asks or comments is my mom or boyfriend (as of now) so I think realizing how far you’ve come and also appreciating what you have achieved now to then motivate you to keep going is also important. My podcast is chlorinated thoughts if anyone was wondering btw :)

Doesn't mean the goal won't happen, maybe in a different way. Rejection does hurt and causes us to reflect negatively sometimes.
