WATCH | One of Cape Town's oldest cafe's is rezoning to secure it’s next 120 years in the community 

The Blue Cafe in Tamboerskloof is working with the City of Cape Town and the community to rezone from a 'non-conforming use right' to a business license, to solidify the cafe's presence in the neighbourhood for the years to come, said the owner.
