every one says me ki i am fit but i dont know i feel skinny ! but all ik is when i dirty bulked i was very happy with my self ! but when i compare my present self with past i feel i had no jaw line no collar bone just chuby chuby also as my shoulder genes are good my shoulder became massively broad due to 12th boards i lost my weight and went from 63 to 54 then started going gym then had dengue . but now i am healthy with my weight but i dont feel satisfied neither i am able to follow my diet cause i have to study around 10 hrs my gym bros do say that i am skinny but little they know that what cost i am coming gym and managing my things . i am stuck between my body goals and career ! kuch samjh ni aata ! body pai dhyaan jada deti toh padhai ni ki ka guilt hota i go in guilt if i study 1 hr less than usual and sometimes i feel ki bhai i am too skinny i need to gain . gym hojata par diet ni hopatiii
