I noticed that the reason why our attention span gets so short isn't because we are physically or neurologically incapable of maintaining a long span of attention, but because, due to social media and recommended reels, we are habitually expecting contents that excite us. As a result, we are subconsciously anticipating something while trying to focus on our work, which, certainly, deviates us from what we want to focus on at the moment.

I would say that 90% of what's stopping people from being succesful is their insane screen time.
