The Tag Heuer divers watch is my favorite

The new Aquaracer looks nice, but that's a big ask for a watch with a 2824 in it.

On the Tudor BB Chrono; they have raised the dial towards the crystal allowing them to consequently raise the movement and reduce the overall thickness.

One thing on the Tag Heuer Aquaracer you did not mention is that the cyclops mag. is being applied to the underside of the crystal, rather than on top of the top of the cystral. I really like that feature. I love the new bracelet, with the micro adjustment. I do wish it was available in a 41mm.

I don’t mind TAG Heuer being “dismissed” by watch snobs. If that keeps prices down - it is a win for us consumers that like TAG Heuer because of PERSONAL taste and independent thought. And actually being disliked by watch snobs is very good marketing! I am new to the watch world. I had some Swatch watches, then a few ICE-Watches and then Apple Watch-es (because I need the health monitoring) Seeing so many “RU-vid Watch Experts” bash on TAG Heuer peaked my interest and I researched about the brand. I looked at other brands and other offerings around the 2500-3500$ range and I find the TAG Heuer Aquaracer the watch that I personally like the most design wise in that price bracket. And in addition I am a Formula 1 fan and a Porsche Fan so even more reasons to resonate with TAG Heuer. As an Apple user, millions of people hate Apple and many tech RU-vidrs also, however that does not bother me. I respect people that have TAG Heuer watches despite the hate!

Tag Heuer is still dismissed by watchies for no apparent good reason. My 41mm Aquaracer automatic was fantastic. That 43mm IWC is really pretty exciting. One I can actually attain.

The aqua racer is a HUGE improvement for Tag Heuer. It’s very well done for what it offers, the dual colored lume is wonderful, the illuminated bezel is awesome, the shapes are interesting, the date bubble being on the inside of the crystal is very unique, and especially that bracelet with a sliding extension. Tag is a huge offender of shitty bracelets so this is a very welcome surprise. The problem for me personally is I already have a Seamaster so I don’t think I would get an Aquaracer at this point as I don’t see me choosing to wear it over the Seamaster. But if this was out earlier when I didn’t have a Seamaster and had less money, I would be thrilled about this Aquaracer. I would love to see one in person just for fun anyways.

The tag is not swimming, it is flailing, a hail mary, we say in the US. Just to far away again, tudor is there to take my money in that space.

Its is to kick TH for using an ETA 2824 and its price being too high, but you have not mentioned which grade of ETA they have used. If it its the top grade thats COSC certified or within in COSC tolerances than I would argue that the price is justified and moreover, the watch is more useful as it can be serviced almost anywhere and its a lot cheaper to do so due to the common nature of such movement

When I saw the thumbnail I thought it was looking at a new Seamaster 300. Tag Definitely had my attention until you mentioned the price and dimensions. if they are trying to compete with tudor, they're not winning. wrong size on the wrist and on the wallet. it's very attractive but it's got just enough going to make me want to buy something else.

It’s a dodecagon, not an octagon.

That IWC “skunkworks” watch is very ugly. Reminds me of that Tudor released a few years back based on a 60s era prototype, I forget its name. That was very ugly too. The smaller IWC Big Pilot’s watch is a great new introduction though. I’ve always loved the crown design in particular on those watches. I don’t think many people would be willing to spend 7 grand on a ML myself, but who knows 🤷‍♂️

I think the only way a pilot experiences 30,000g is if his ejector seat functions properly but his parachute fails to deploy. Watch survival being the least of the pilot's concerns, in that case.

I like a lot of Maurice Lacroix watches. If you put Bregue on that dial you would go right up to 5 figures. No question.

Tag heuer should be around $1500-$2000 at most for what the watch provides. Tag is trying to compete with omega seamaster with the price.

36mm Rolex Explorer is ok for men, so this 36mm is for men too.

The TAG's look like a bad copy of the Seamaster, made from a description without seeing a picture of the Omega... Love the Aquis Pro (apart from the huge size, tho being a 43.5 Aquis owner I get that it wears smaller), tho I'm not keen on the 65s in bronze with camp colours. The Zenith is very cool!! Love the IWCs too.... The blue dial Big Pilot would be my choice, tho the Aikon is very interesting. Thanks, much appreciated 👍🏻👍🏻

Tag Heuer should have simply reissued the old Heuer watch (it looks so much better)and drop the stupid word 'Tag'. People love Heuer, not Tag Heuer.

The zenith looks crap.

A noble effort to be positive, but gotta say, the sports watches at W&W have been over-priced and underwhelming. £3.5k for a 2824 powered TAG? Eh? Obscene. Quite like the Aquis, but hmm: Tuna (as you say!). A bonafide classic, for less. IWC? Footling with details (aside from that daft G-Shock wannabe). Still crudely branded (Junkers, Top Gun, Little Prince). Still way overpriced (BP43 for £8k!?) and under-specced. Good bracelets though. Zenith Defys continue as a weird Hublot homage. Only impressive watch there was the Ball.
