In the movie they tell you why the nickname "Four" but they don't actually drill on the significance of it... They started calling him that because he only had 4 fears when he went thru his initiation, "4 then, 4 now"; and the reason why that's a wordy nickname for who they consider to be one of the "best" to ever come thru Dauntless is because it is extremely rare to have that low a number of fears, it's like a long time record of his... Like he said in that first test scene, most people have 10 to 15 really bad ones, core ones, and a bunch of variations of them; so only 4 is being crazy "fearless"

There’s also a prequel type book called “Four” written in his POV, that also goes wayy more into detail. But you absolutely cannot read that until after finishing the main 3 books😂. They also now know he’s involved with Tris. He doesn’t really ever talk to Jeanine either, only Eric and Sam(?) have the secret meetings with her. They just don’t trust him like they do Eric.
The “I waiting for Theo, where is he” is so real 😂❤️ i luv that u enjoy this movie, for me Shai and Theo have one of the best chemistry I’ve seen in couples and the way they portray them so well based on the books I just love them
Dystopian, usually means far in the future. The ship on land they show in the beginning is in an area that is ALL water currently (Chicago is on the coast of one of the Great Lakes). If you know Chicago, it's very apparent. But the bridge and the ship should be a dead giveaway too.

I heard rumors that Beatrice was supposed to be 16 years old in this movie and Four was supposed to be in his mid 20s. I wonder how this faction system is supposed to be successful when people are crossing from one faction to another. That means they are taking the core qualities from one faction into the other and I'm sure they still maintain some of those qualities.
I always like this better then Hunger Games. The JenLawr movies had this fashion aspect to it with “Lady Gaga” and gay LENNY Kravitz the dress maker. Drunk Woody Harelson- because every movie needs one of those right? Yeah- Divergent doesn’t need that extra crap! The Faction system seems kind of stupid, but you find out later it’s a product of a genetic engineering experiment! Okaaaaay (I’ll allow it) the ZIP-LINE scene in the theater was amaze balls! Hunger Games has nothing that good. The faction names are like S.A.T. vocab words 😅 haha, and Dawntless looked like so much fun! They run and jump everywhere 😁
