When she performs ‘The One’ at newer shows, on the line ‘close to touch like Michelangelo’ she extends her finger to a random fan in the front row, reminiscent of the famous Michelangelo painting of the fingers touching. She’s a living legend.

I was in the 4th row center stage at her Aprodite tour when it came to Hong Kong so she was right in front of me every time she was at that front stage section. She even winked at me at one point. When she sang the balled "If you dont love me" the crowd kept yelling back "but we do!" And she was trying so hard not to laugh. She's so adorable and down to earth.

She is truly sickening!!! I dont care what any of you say, nobody serves like Miss Kylie Minogue. She's beautiful from every angle and she knows it 😍

It still perplexes me that Kylie is not better known in the US outside of queer circles. I've been fortunate enough to see Kylie live in Europe while visiting family several times. Kylie can hold her own and she definitely makes you feel like she's there for you (not the other way around). I'm a bit older than you, so I have been following Kylie's career since the 80s. She has put out consistently good material for decades, has had number one hits across many years, and is a fabulous, generous, and absolutely top notch performer. You should watch the documentary White Diamond. It was shot while she was recovering from cancer and staging a comeback tour. I would love to hear how it effects you because I definitely was much more emotional watching it than I thought I would be. Thank you for your content! You always make me smile.

Steve Anderson is Kylie’s musical director and composes all her live shows. He’s a genius. He and Kylie are the perfect compliments for each other 🥰

Great choice of live performances by Kylie. There are quite a few to choose from for your next batch. I would still recommend live performance of the song Butterfly as i find it hot to handle. In Your Eyes from the Showgirl Homecoming Tour, Confide in Me from Live in Manchester 2002 and Wow from brits awards 2008 are ones you might look into them.

Kylie said herself that Slow was the beginning of her quest to do as little as possible. I love those obscure performances from the Rhythm of Love album where she’s dancing live with those two French, African guys i.e. Better The Devil…, Shocked and Step Back In Time.

The Aphrodite tour looks so beautiful and amazing. I wish I could've seen it in person, but in 2010 I had just graduated college and so I didn’t have the funds to fly to another country for a concert :(

"In Denial" from Showgirl tour is such an important song for the 90s gays (including me), it's gorgeous and touching. "If You Don't Love Me" from Aphrodite tour is totally stripped back and her voice and emotion just shine so beautifully, you rarely ever get to hear Kylie use her voice like in this performance. "Your Disco Needs You" from KylieX2008 is probably one of her most all-rounded vocal slaughterhouses, where she belts powerfully and with ease!!! and the ending of the performance is a total edge-of-your-seat moment. Lastly, "All the Lovers" live from Abbey Road is such a lush, euphoric orchestral arrangement that has strong, confident vocals & brings such a freshness and depth to the original.

Kylie’s come into my world, the fischerspoon remix is incredible live. Top of the pops awards 2002.

The Crying Game Medley from the Fever Tour is so good, it’s quite different as she was using more chest voice at the time. Steve Anderson is Kylie's music director for live shows and has been since the 1994 Sydney Mardi Gras performance. He started as a DJ and part of the remix team Brothers in Rhythm who did some great mixes in the late 80s and early 90s. The openly gay duo of Steve Anderson and Dave Seaman were the first outside of the PWL label remixers of a Kylie track when they did their remix of Finer Feelings in 1992. When she left PWL and signed with DeContruction/BMG she hired Bros in Rhythm to EP her first album out of the Hit Factory 1994's Kylie Minogue. They also coEP'ed with her 1997 masterpiece Impossible Princesses. Steve had also just started helping remix and rearrange her songs for her limited tv and festival performances. Then on her 1998 Intimate and Love Tour he started being the man who got the songs show ready. Steve also was really influential in the Light Years album and did some work on Fever. What works for both Kylie and Steve is they both trust and respect each other and he's a fan of her and work so he does the arranging with love and respect. And it helps that she has perfect pitch. The Showgirl tour (just before her diagnosis) has kylie’s best performance of ‘Hand on your heart’ from her vocals to the the backing dancers, and ‘heart beat rock’ on the X tour where she is dressed like a cheerleader, they’re both worth checking out on youtube.

I'd suggest watching her 1995 performance of "If You Don't Love Me" from Live MTV Most Wanted. Having just left PWL (the production house responsible for her bubble-gum hits in the late 80s) she was at a point in her career where she wanted to be more in control of her music and image. She was 27 back then 😵 I think it's a great showcase of her evolution from the PWL era and how she could actually sing. She was not given enough credit as an artist back then.

I woould´ve done CIMW from the Fever tour, which is absolutely epic, and Slow from the X tour. Anyway, love your reactions!

I’ve been a massive Kylie fan for years and she is the very definition and epitome of style, class and sophistication - Kylie has met the late Prince Philip at Windsor Castle as well as King Charles and more recently, she was hosted by our Taoiseach (Irish Prime Minister) Leo Varadkar and his boyfriend at Irish Government buildings the last time she was in Dublin

We all want to be Kylie when we grow up! 😂 I was lucky enough to be at the Show Girl Tour in London - it was her last gig as the rest of her tour was cancelled due to her cancer diagnosis ❤

If you want more stripped down, but still amazing, you should watch Intimate and Live, it's a stripped down concert, supporting Impossible Princess, an album that takes some time to get into, but is definitely a wok of art, an album that fans didn't all get/understand when it was released but now say it's one of her all time best album, and I would agree with that, songs like Dreams, Limbo, Breathe, Jump.... so haunting. Madonna was said to be inspired by Impossible Princess for her Ray of Light album. A lot of misguided people blame Kylie for copying Madonna's Ray of Light album, not knowing that Impossible Princess was released a year before Ray of Light was.

The Showgirl show (after she came back from breast cancer treatment) is one of the most poignant and wonderful concerts I’ve seen on dvd.
