Things you may have missed or things that could use a little context (comment any subtle ones I didn't include here and I'll add em): The scar on tubbos face and hand are from him being executed by techno via rocket launchers. Philzas cloak from behind ripples to look like elytra, minecraft wings that he has in every MC game except the dsmp (because they're found in the end, which is banned). One side is torn, resembling his torn wing that he used to shield Wilbur during the explosions. Ghostburs blue ghost blood is around Techno's house because he visits often and even helped the butcher gang navigate the last bit to technos home, thinking they were there to visit. Techno hung up his fancy cloak because he had switched his skin to the Artic Empire, as had Phil. Crows are philzas animal messenger, responsible for sending/receiving his messages and how he communicates long distance (pming people in mc chat), something that has been canon confirmed by Phil. He's also leaning toward his chat being a bunch of crows, so he has a canon reason for chatting with them. When the butcher gang goes to kill techno, Ranboo is the only one not in armor. He didn't have a bloody butcher skin and was hesitant in all of these actions but went along. Ranboo also doesn't loot or break anything in philzas home during the ransacking. As the butcher army approaches technos home, Tubbo is in front but big Q is holding the torch, as Tubbo is technically the leader but Q is the one who is actually in charge. When techno surrenders, there's a few flashed images. One of them is philza with a creeper head on, hiding in the trees, as Phil had gone to watch from the shadows and used a creeper head so his peeking would blend in. When Punz attacked during the execution, Ranboo goes on full defense, not attacking just blocking. When the totem activates, Techno is stitched up by a green strand, as he now owes Dream a favor and Dreams art for leverage is usually people with green strings leading back to him. Eret and philza made a bit of lore that was included in technos reforming scene. They had said that it doesn't stop death, but rather it regenerates everything in its area so fast that the death doesn't take hold (so you don't respawn and don't lose a canon life), which is why he tears apart and then mends quick. When techno and quackity fight, techno's moves are all smooth and talented. He knows how to fight and is experienced, even with a pickaxe as his weapon. Quackity, on the other hand, is slower and more robotic, as he isn't as good of a fighter. All members of SBI have braids for their connection. Both Tommy and Tubbo are seen with a chain sticking out, Tubbo in pocket and Tommy around his neck. These are their compasses - "your tommy" and "your tubbo" gifted to them by ghostbur, that point to one another's homes (a the time the compasses were made) during the exile. Seperately, fun fact, Philza came up with some of his lore aesthetic based on his design in SADist animatics. He said he has always had wings, but his wing was so torn after shielding himself and Wilbur that he can't fly anymore. His hope is that, if/when he dies, Dream would let him have a set of elytra so he can fly. .... if you can't tell, I like dadza
oh I remember Elytra! I still get ptsd flashbacks of him diving and killing Tommy. The skin switches are an added detail that I miss because of the summary vids. I am hoping I can watch full streams soon to appreciate those little details more. I definitely caught the crow for Philza and his messages. That part was super cool. The Ranboo thing is very very interesting. I still don't know much of his lore yet as I hear his vids have spoilers for other events in the DSMP that I haven't watched yet. @@NateAlyn I'm stoked you're caught up enough to start watching Ranboo. I'd recommend looking into some clips channels to narrow down his content, as he is known for doing full streams of just grinding and then suddenly dropping lore out of nowhere for 20min before resuming the grind. Once you're through the exile arc (you'll know it when you get there), Ranboo does have a stream that covers all of his lore up to the end of that arc. Potentially later I'll compile a short list of specific ranboo scenes, since he is involved in almost all lore events from here on out but also has some great solo lore moments.
I like this animation but you look at technoblades art style i all ways though of techno like this big 7 feet warrior that is very orc like they try to humanness him he is a mutation a distant relative of a race that is not even human
We all are already aware how sick and perfect the animation was. The regeneration scene had Attack on Titan level of animation but what I find even more impressive is accuracy of her character representation. This is called giving justice to characters. As much as the "blood god" persona is hype we can't thank her enough for giving Techno expressions more than rage. The defeated look on his face when he sacrificed himself for Carl and the "what did they do to you Phil" scene are so well made and the expressions were so impeccable I almost cried. We cannot thank her enough for displaying the vulnerable side of his character that goes unnoticed sometimes. And not only vulnerability, she didn't forget about the goofy nature of Techno by adding the "HAEEH?!" during his execution. Same can be said about other characters. She's amazing. Also, it was so fun to see you react to it! Thank you Nate! ❤️ A detail you might have missed: I find it so sweet that all the SBI members have braids hehe.
Ranboo pointed it out during his stream but ranboo was hold his axe in a way as if he didnt want to fight, and was also the only one without butcher clothes
Yes! I love that she showed all of Techno´s different aspects more than just his fighting and his anger. She perfectly symbolized that in his expressions and the subtle things she drew into his (and all there other character´s) design.
I love a lot of the details as well. She noted on Twitter that the Totem of Undying sequence was inspired by another artist, credited them and she animated it to emulate that. The speech at the beginning by Techno applied to both Techno and Tubbo's story to this point Tubbo being badass. The song, "Ghost" was an obvious reference to Ghostbur, but she collabed with 2WEI for this animation. Techno haunted by the friend he could not save and Phil haunted by the son he had to kill. Her animating Techno's "HEH?" XD Ranboo noted in his own reaction that she paid attention to a lot of details about his character. Phil's Crows! Dream looking scary as hell in this. Punz for Hire
The way sad-ist animates the dream smp moments makes me so incredibly upset that she isn’t animating an entire movie for the dream smp. They all seem like the most pog adds for a movie that will never come.
Someone pointed out on Twitter that Dream's mask covers his face more and more on each animation, symbolizing how he is losing his humanity little by little
I'm so glad you picked up on the chains scene and the wings. Most creators just get blown away by the totem, which, let's be honest, is crazy good, but the fact you noted those other "smaller" scenes was awesome.
The improvement, it is simply next level. I also just love her continuity. After the big clash in the techno-dream duel animation in 'The Fall' Techno has short hair and when Dream is shown during Schlatt's speech he has a bandage over his nose from the mask breaking. Then in 'Dawn of the 16th' you see Tubbo has bandages and scars from Technoblade executing him in the previous animation and again here they are now more healed. Techno's hair has also gotten longer in this. And you see Phil's left wing being torn after he shielded Wilbur from the explosion in 'Dawn of the 16th'. IT'S JUST SO COOL!

The level of detail always amazes me, she does such an incredible job all the time. Like for example the fact that Ranboo never really fought unless he was being attacked and ghostbur...

This was a great reaction, you understood almost all of the details. At first this was my second fav but its number one and this remix was made just for sadists animation.
I think we can all agree that this animation, and all of Sad-ists animations thus far are so sick, I think you’d also like “Stockholm Syndrome” by Dropster, it focuses of Tommy’s exile, though it does definitely have a tw at the start for the blood and topics it covers, but the animation is outstanding, and you’d probably like any of dropsters animations, though I don’t recommend watching most of them until you get caught up on ranboo’s lore and the main lore, but luckily that should be coming soon at the part you’re at!! i think unlocking ranboo's theme is to early... ther is not enough lore (vid) you can watch about him but if you reach the point you can now react to him.... I recommend you listen to his theme songs and (many) animatics :D hes a litte bean
Love the reactions but I think a review at the end would be better, only review at the end we get is how much you liked I, would love more detailed explanation of why , what did you liked the most, (going back to scene talking about it) a review after reaction would be great, then people who only want reaction can leave after the reaction (not sure why would they do that) and people who like reviews would watch the rest, only reaction is not enough for me now lol

Hello I haven’t been able to comment in a bit cause of school BUT here is Carasaras thoughts. This video is super cool because it helps to develop technos character a lot more. (1) his English major is definitely showing. He has amazing lines and ones that develop his character growth. (2) since he doesn’t have a face cam it’s super cool to see his expressions. Like it’s very clear he loves and cares for things he loves and will do anything to protect him. He’s both a terrifying entity on the SMP and just a caring person. ALSO it’s super cool that 2WEI helped with mixing audio specifically for this animatic
If you look closely, you can see that when Techno is brought back to life, his arm materializes inside the iron bar,,, and he just rips it off like it's nothing. That is also why he has blood on his arm during his fight with Quackity.
You missed a little detail which I missed the first time I seen the video but, after the totem of undying scene, when he gets out of the cage, his hand gets stuck in the bar and he has to rip it out. That's why he had bandages on his arm when he showed TommyInnit the "little hobby" he was working on (A.K.A, the "Welcome home, Theseus!" scene), why there was a trail of blood before that scene, and why his arm was bloody when he fought Quackity. I honestly really love that detail, so I wanted to share it!
The way Techno attacks Quackity is semi-important because when you reach current lore you’ll notice a scar on quackity’s skin it isn’t important to any lore it’s just a neat detail that sadist based the final blow on the way quackity’s scar looks
She actually got the idea for Techno being put back together and the trail of blood from other animators/artist in the community. I don't remember who the put back together part was (though she did say who it was on Twitter) but it was from a comic someone made of that exact moment. The blood trail leading to Techno's house after the execution was from Late August's animatic called "Desolate" (I definitely recommend watching their's! "Innocence" is the first one).
I liked how in the beginning of techno’s speech when he said” those who treat me with injustic” it switched to Tuboo who technoblade had killed in the red festival. Also have u seen that after techno used the totem, his hand actually regenerated inside one of the metal bars? So he had to rip some of his muscle to get free that why he had blood on his forearm when he fought Quakity
There's also Evelyn Evelyn, which is also by Sadist. It's more of a traditional animatic(without the voice lines) and it's a bit shorter and still emotional

Here's an interesting take for you. The anvil doesn't fall on Techno during the animation, in fact we're very specifically shown Ghostbur and friend when the anvil falls. That anvil is the thing that sealed L'manburg's fate, that led to doomsday, that led to the complete destruction of Wilbur's unfinished symphony. L'manburg was what tied Ghostbur to the world, and without it... he faded. The anvil didn't kill Technoblade that day... but it did kill Ghostbur. Just a fun way to look at it. If SAD-ist intended for this to be the case, then she's even more amazing than I originally thought, but I don't know if it was intentional or not. (also, I adore the editing in your reactions, it makes them so much more enjoyable to watch than other channels and I appreciate that greatly.)
Here's a really cool thing that everyone missed, in the totem scene, he is reforming on the outside of the cage. When he reforms his arm forms around the bars of the cage and he has to rip his arm off and that's where the blood comes from in that scene.
Ehehehhhh, I was trying not to watch the animation until I caught up to that part in the DreamSMP, but after...I don't know, at least a day?...I couldn't take the suspense anymore and watched it anyway. And yeah, I enjoyed it and it was epic and amazing, but I also felt deflated after watching because I realized that I basically saw everything and probably wouldn't be able to react when watching it in the SMP now. It was my most anticipated event as well :< I figured I wouldn't catch up for months at least, so that's part of the reason why I caved...Don't know why I'm typing all this out when no one cares and I'm the one who put myself in this situation. It just stings when I think about what if I stuck it out and waited... OTHER THAN THAT, I've been watching some of your reactions, Nate Alyn, and I've loved all of them. a cool detail you might have missed, is that as techno regenerates, his arm gets stuck in the cage directly through the middle, and he just rips his arm out! 3:50
Fun fact: Techno had over 100 wither skulls (which have a 2.5% chance of dropping with each wither skeleton). He didn't spawn them in, he meticulously farmed them for like a month to have so many.
You should react to TommyInnit: I moved into Techno's house without asking. It will be the part where evanmcgaming left off(and i think its also where the wither head scene came from) Also if you want to react to something non-dream smp related... React to "Wilbur ARG Explained" Its very creepy and mysterious.. Very interesting and it shows how good of a writer and actor Wilbur is!
I highly recommend Late August :DD He has an entirely different style with animating, with minimal to no voice clips but very atmospheric feel that goes really well with the EDM-ish background music he uses :DD He only has 4 videos on his channel and three of them are of the Dream SMP

Wonderful reaction, for me this is my favorite animatic and although I definitely prefer the plot/story from “Dawn of 16th” better, the way sad-ist executed the lighting, sound design, animation (especially for the totem scene and when punz appeared), just did it for me and the quotes I hoped to see animated were the ones she used. I can’t wait until you get to learn more about the Ranboo lore it’s just so good and it’s very different from the others. Also petition to make him learn about Karl Jacobs lore when he catches up if evanmcgaming doesn’t cover the Tales From the Smp series. It’s basically the dream smp in different time lines and is connected to the main story in a weird way. Anyways if you’re up to it consider reacting to the video Minecraft’s Morph Mod is Very Funny by Tommyinnit. if you see where they were in Phil's house they tried to get Phil to snitch and tell where Techno was. After Phil refused they messed up his house and Tubbo, As the president put Phil on house arrest. The crow is kinda like a message from the chat of Phil warning Techno that their coming.
Sad-ist is just on another level when it comes to creating Animations on The Dream SMP, Like everyone of them are so Amazing and smooth even back in the Animatics She always were able to Capture that Cinematic Feeling to them, and If She ever turn these into an full Flesh Anime/cartoon. Then I will Be first in line to see it and Would pay money to see it, Cause they are so Good. There is no one else what I know of That make animations for The Dream SMP, That make the as Amazing As Sad-ist. AS I said in the beginning.. She is on another level compared to others, in my opinion.
FUN FACT: according to Jack's recent stream with SADist (and Sadist is a Filipino where's my Pineapple gang? 👀) sadist said that she only used a free app on her/their mobile phone And using only her/their fingers for the animation which took her around 2 months to make, it was very pog and awesome...

Quackity: techno u ruined L'manberg and destroyed everything. He was not even a citizen of L'manberg , he wanted to become a president, he gave his votes to schlatt, then betrayed schlatt and asked techno for help while techno literally said "goverment bad" around 10000 times, quackity and the rest of L'manberg stole every item from techno' base and he moved away so he can get items back, and quackity thinks he is smart, this proves that only 5 out of all dreamsmp members got a canonical brain that functions, the only person that worked for 1 side and commited to what he said the entire time was techno
