This is by far my fave dessert! Since it's time consuming I get lazy and not wanna make it. But after binge watching your videos, I got inspired to make it. Thanks again! 😊
I think I will make this since I have a can of water chestnuts and plan to go to Viet grocery store soon for tapioca flour. I have can of coconut cream, fruit cocktail, coconut lychee jelly, and chopped pineapple. Hope they have tapioca pearls at the store too!
Freeze before or after cooking? I have not tried and I assume after it is cooked its probably not good to freeze. Before may be ok, but freezing may alter the texture of the water chestnut as well. If you do try, let me know how you liked it.
