Valentine's Day was the first song to be recorded for the new Waterfront album Ghosts of the Good - the song was recorded very much live and it set the sonic vibe tone for the direction of the new album. The song was mastered by Tim Young at Metropolis studios - Tim is the only British sound engineer to have won a Grammy.
