I have this brand diffuser and it looks just like this one except the on off is on the side. When I turn it on it lights up on top and I put in 3 hours and it almost immediately seems to turn off. Any suggestions of what may be doing wrong

A question I have. Did you tried to charge it during nebulizing process ? I have fear that something will be wrong with this procedure.I am asking because some people (like me) are using this for a room ,not a car and for that reason device will discharge quickly and need more time to get aroma distributed around that room. In user manual is nothing mention for charging during nebulizing time. Thank you!
I am currently keeping mine plugged in on my desk. So, yes, you can use it and charge it at the same time...I've been doing it for months now. Thanks for your question!
I'm sorry it took so long for me to respond. I prefer to use just a drop because I don't like the scent overpowering, but you can use about 3 drops if you like!
Hi I have been using this diffuser for about 2 months . I read through the manual and it seems clear that this machine is designed for pure essential oil, so I don't add water into the bottle. It gives out intermittent oil mist so I guess if only some drops in water, the scent might be too weak to enjoy the benefits of the essential oil~
