@@Roshninagawat both models to hand-held waterpik and also the Reservoir one they both are extremely strong and the Jets of water will pass right between the teeth depending on how much you can handle. Some people say that it is as good as a dentist cleaning. I would recommend getting the waterpik Reservoir as the cleaning process will last longer and does not need any batteries it has more power settings as well. And lots of interchangeable water nozzles
Don't use this first thing in the morning whilst the rest of the family is sleeping, or even the neighbours above or next door. It's sound like a road drill.
Good demo. The kind I was looking for. About the noise, for flossing you're supposed to use the small rubber tip on the 2 or 3 setting. The other tips are for other purposes. The one used in this demo is the general use tip. I usually end up turning my bathroom into a war zone when I use this thing, but its great.
I dunno.... it takes him like 3 minutes to get started using the thing. Not interested in him brushing his teeth or using a toothpick, not what I clicked on the video for.
It is always a good idea to see the water that runs.. 1) You'll know when u hit the usual debris . 2) If gum bleeds (can be avoided) you'll find out sooner than later and could adjust the flosser for that specific area the next time around..
Just bought one of these since my brother has one and made me curious. Goddamn do the teeth feel even better, glad I took the plunge. I did screw up the first time and ended up with water spraying all over the mirror. 😂 Oh and the sound level is not worse than an electric shaver, maybe a tiny tad more, maybe on par with a hair-dryer. Behind a closed bathroom door is not an issue for me.
Please please do reply. I am facing some gum issues and cavities. Does this have enough pressure to clean the food particles stuck in between teeth? Does this reallygive a good cleaning? I have crowns on my front teeth and afraid to use the string floss
Is the engine noise as bad as it seems to be according to the video or may that be a matter related to the phone record & play sound quality? Thanks in advance
The engine is more noisy then a toothbrush offcourse but indeed the sound quality of the phone record + recorded in a bathroom (with tilles on floor an walls, mirrors...) makes it even worse. If you put the waterpik on a folded towel it reduces the noise a lot btw.
Hola.
So what's the pink stuff in the cap that was put into the water? Never saw that before. Was it mouthwash? Wow, that's a LONG time to floss. I didn't think we had to empty the whole reservoir each time.
The actual flossing part was like 2.5 minutes. Assuming 32 teeth, that's about 5 seconds per tooth. That's probably how long it should take if you wanna do it right.
I would not use the water from the water heater, it could have contaminates. Before using, turn unit ON and spray water into sink to remove any leftover water in unit.Turn the container upside down, after use, for it to air dry. Shake-out any water in hose and handle. I do wish the instructions for this unit were better written.
I'm going to guess you are American as generally I find them to be super germ/ bacteria paranoid. This thing shoots water out at pressures exceeding car tyres.... With one cup of antibacterial solution from mouthwash it will be fine, rinse with cold water after. Waterpiks lawyers wouldn't have let them mass market it if it was unsafe with cholera and typhoid! Just don't let the water stand for more than a few days!
I thought about getting one until I heard how loud they are.No way I want to hear that noise early in the morning.......plus, it would wake everyone else in the house!
If you mean the water hose then it's normal de water is not pumped equally but with pulses. If you mean the tip, then you might not have fasten it hard enough. You should hear a click when fastening.
Your comment in Eng “nooo, what a process! and how discusting to show the dirty stick!” I show the process so you can see what it is like. No more, no less. The wooden stick shows the difference between just brushing and flossing. If you think my video is disgusting be warned then to look up any more on the internet. You might be in shock soon!
WIKKE GDA thank you for the response! i was reading up that these don’t very long with deterred me away but thank you for the conformation that these are still good!
Hey friend, don't be surprised to find plaque after brushing your teeth for just 10 seconds. For a correct use of the electric toothbrush you should dedicate 30 seconds for each tooth; electric does not mean faster; or use the classic toothbrush for 3 minutes; then use the pump but already the teeth will be very clean. Sorry for my English
Sorry but I don't get your question either I guess. Everybody I know has a plug in their bathroom. Where else to put the electric shaver, trimmer, hairdryer...?
dude14377 in the UK most homes electric sockets were stopped due to health and safety. And I'm glad about that, I wouldn't want electrics in a bathroom, hair dryers etc lots of deaths in the past, these days you can charge your shavers etc, and we use a hair dryer in our bedrooms etc. But as for the water pick use it in the kitchen, if the sink is being s rubbed very well, it's fine. Plus your gums will get cleaner and cleaner, so less germs around. I do disinfect all my sinks after they've been scrubbed well.
In the U.S. it was made mandatory to switch out outlets close to water (kitchen/bathroom)....its called a GFI circuit... it kills the power if any water accesses it.

I tried but it causes a lot of damage to the tonsil tissue, making it even more vunerable to infection. Things that worked for tonsil stones for me were salt and lemon gargle, chewing food as much as possible or liquid/soft food diet and gentle pressing with q tip
Disgusting how he wiped the plaque he picked off his teeth on the hand towel and then used the towel to wipe the counter. Glad he is not my husband. He needs a video how to wash his hands since he obviously does not get cleanliness .
As I said before to another viewer : "If you think my video is disgusting be warned then to look up any more on the internet. You might be in shock soon!"
You did well, critics will always find something. That is why doctors always ask the visitors to leave the room when attending to patients because whatever he does or say to the patient will always be wrong.
Looks like the worst invention ever made, the idea of going to the hygienist is that they can physically see every inch of your mouth when cleaning your teeth, this bloke wouldn’t know if this had any effect, waste of money.. spend it at the dentist man!
Don't waste your money on this garbage products. They will give you lots of problems, starting by handle Button, following power issues. Pieces of poor quality plastic.
If it's about floss wire I agree directly. With this waterfloss I think there is no difference. Anyway you choose but in this movie I could only show the difference 'before and after flossing' if I brushed first.
