I seal up the shower floor to make the whole shower waterproof, using Laticrete Hydro ban banding, premade corners and sheet membrane. This shower system is known as a "Bonded" or "Sealed" shower waterproofing method. All tile installed by Sal DiBlasi, Elite-tile Company, in the Boston North Shore area.
