I petition that hands of healing and harm should get 1 more point. While the healing hands are simply okay in combat, it's use outside of combat really shows itself. As ki recovers on short rests, you can dump your remaining ki into healing someone or yourself, thus saving people on using Hit die to heal. Same with npc who have less health than the players. With the semi disposable nature of Ki, you can be using it outside of combat relatively often. Also the herbalism kit can also be used to make minor healing potions so that can also expand the healing resources the monk can dispense.
