This is a second 3 pack of fine songs performed by a joyous Waylon Jennings on August 7, 1984 in Austin TX, appearing on a superb DVD by New West Records from 2004 in my possession. The whole group, including great Ralph Mooney on pedal steel, is in a very good mood here. WJ is at his best. Enjoy folks!

Love the sound of his guitar, however he would have told you himself, he wasn't the greatest guitar picker. Furthermore, he tried, and failed to play as good as Sonny Curtis. But hey' that's only his opinion and mine..god bless him. Have a good day.

i had the chance to meet waylon and go on his bus in 79 in richmond,va.Ol waylons music will live on forever,he has a charisma,style that cannot and will not b matched by anybody,when he sings its like he doesnt have to put any effort into it and it stands out,he takes to whatever or whoever or wherever he is singing about,hes a natural storyteller,songwriter,and singer,hell if he had put out a record of him reading a damn phone book i woulda bought it,his voice stands alone,and that says it all..we miss ya hoss,gone but never ever forgotten
