Model Info:
Guage: 89mm 3.5 inch gauge
Scale: 1:21
These models can be run on standard 3.5 gauge tracks. Some models are capable of hauling one or two persons depending on the track layout. Please Subscribe to my Channel to get more updates!

Dear Viewers, Thanks a lot for your interest and compliments. Because of my personal situation, I could not build any more models since the last 7 years. A lot changed in the last years and I have to focus on other aspects in my life. However, I will be back to model building after some time. Absolutely magic. I'm a steam man myself but this is amazing. Love Indian railways. Maybe I'll get to visit one day. Your railway still has a soul and railwaymen who are dedicated to it. Something we have lost in Europe where our railways are run by accountants and technocrats who've never worked in operations and think they know it all. So here's to Indian Railways and her railwaymen. PS just realised this video is 5yrs old but only just popped into my inbox. I'd love to know what you've done since!

The reason for cranking pistons is to match the sound of the orginal locomotive. The piston also compresses air in to smoker unit where diesel is sprayed on a heater coil (with auto shut off function) thereby creating forced smoke just like the orginal locomotive. There are no sound decoders. The locomotive sounds really loud than the actual videos.

The horn is actually recorded in a small circuit and played via a small speaker. The speaker is closed on the output side by a dome (eg. Bulb holder) to create resonance. The resonance actually amplifies the sound many fold :)

Murli manohar Kashyap - smoke is from real diesel. this model has a compressor with controlled diesel spray chambers. no real engine.
