I'm an adopted child, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving that little baby girl a chance.

All I know is that the birth mother is an incredible judge of character. She couldn't have picked a better family to adopt that beautiful baby.

The fact that every single person you called just immediately cried with happiness is awesome. You are surrounded by such lovely people who love you and that baby.

A big hug to the birth mother who made the heroic choice to bring this baby girl into the world for these wonderful parents to raise her. Such a beautiful and selfless gift to choose life.

I hope this saves a baby’s life. Please don’t judge a mother for this decision. It can be an extremely painful experience. Look at the blessing they received from that baby girl. Wow, that is worth it. 😢

I gave a daughter up at 15 way to young to be a good mother with my family back ground when I watched this video I sobbed to the depths of my soul I pray my baby girl got such a wonderful family god bless your sweet hearts

I adopted 2 little boys 51 and 47 years ago. Watching this brings me right back to the indescribable happiness and thankfulness I felt on that day of adoption. They have continued to bring joy to my life everyday since. Tears all over again! You are so blessed to have such a perfect little girl!

The total stunned silence of matt and abby, adorable Deff cried when she met Story... i could deff feel her deep longing finally being met.

What struck me the most about this is the way mum picked her up and automatically started rocking her, I loved that, the chemistry was instant.

This really touched me. I lost my uterus to cancer two years ago at the age of 17. I’ve never really understood how strong the bond between an adoptive mother and an adoptive baby can be. Sure I’ve heard about it, but I’ve only experienced/seen how strong the bond gets through breastfeeding and birth and such, so I’ve just thought that me having a parent role in my life wouldn’t be something I would get to experience; That it was/is a lost case for me. Even though it’s not genetics that connects you and your baby, this video showed the extreme love you guys have for her already. Seeing this made me feel like it actually might a possibility for me one day to be a mother myself. That the love is as great as if she was your own DNA. I’m so so happy for you guys, and I can’t wait to learn more through watching your videos. God bless, take care and thank you!

Who else binged watched the entire series of beginning of the fertility journey to now? Absolute puddles. From absolute gut wrenching sadness going back and forth from being hopeful to back again. I adopted a month old baby boy 50 years ago and the day he was put in my arms is the one thing in my life I can still see in my mind's eye as clearly as the day it happened and I can still feel the joy. You will have a glorious time watching her grow.

Hi. I just came accross your video. It's so beautiful. I was in tears watching. You're such a beautiful family. My husband and I (& our 2 kids) have been foster carers since 2009 and we've had foster children (2 & 3 at a time) who have gone back to mum, family members & prepared for adoption. It's heartbreaking as we get attached but also wonderful that they find their forever home with wonderful families. Big hugs from the UK.

Things I've realized following your videos about this journey: 1. 9 months ago you had a dream you were supposed to adopt this baby. Meaning as that baby was just baaaaarely existing, she was already yours. 2. That momma needed to be blessed with all of the twin items for her babies before you could be blessed with your own. 3. You have to release all hold on anything in your past that got you to where you are before you can be blessed with your future. There is no one more deserving than you two and I have watched this 5 times because I can't believe it.

Super happy for you guys . This made me cry the entire time. This past July I lost my second baby girl at 21 weeks. She was due in November and everyday that gets closer to her due date my heart breaks a little more. Your song “missing pieces” brought me some comfort and I just downloaded so I can have it whenever my soul needs a hug

My favorite high school teacher and his wife were infertile. It took them about 7 years before they finally got the call to adopt a baby boy. He used to sit in his office after work and cry before going home because he knew how hard it was for his wife to not have the family they both wanted. 2 years after bringing home their son, they managed to get pregnant. Blessing come in little packages too :)

As an adopted child (now 61) thank you. I always knew I was adopted. My parents kept no secrets from me and I never longed to find my “birth parents”. I knew who my family was. Also, had/have grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins that never brought up the word “adoption”. The only thing I was ever curious about was what they looked like.

My parents, after going through infertility for a year, adopted me from Russia when I was 1 year old, I am now 21 and about to graduate college to be an adoption specialist.
