Congratulations and the best of luck with the move! I think I said this before but the whole process of buying and selling is so much smoother and faster in Canada than the UK. We can't even go SEE houses until we have offers on ours (or it's at least up for sale). I would love ot find a house first, then sell instead.

AMAZING!!! Congrats! I HATED having ppl in my house for showings when we sold. the whole process was new to me and I reacted pretty badly emotionally LOL. The one showing I am still ticked about was a couple who brought their dog INSIDE my house for a visit. Like just NO... Can't wait for the moving vlogs!!

I couldn’t believe how many of the showings brought their dogs (luckily i am a dog person) but i would NEVER bring my dogs to house viewings. People are nutsssssss. I also did not like when they asked for my personal belongings to be included in the sale? Like? Those aren’t for sale???????

@@TashaLeelyn I was horrified.. since I have a dog, what if this visit dog peed because they smelled my dog.. like HELLO? I agree, ppl are NUTS.. and I feel the same for personal belongings. I am very attached to my stuff and my house LOL xoxo

That is soooooo awesome 👏. When we bought our house it was similar, we were on pins and needles waiting. So many things had to come together for us to get our dream house and it happened! Such a whirlwind of emotions. But when it’s meant to be it works out. i did condition on sale of my home when i purchased the one i got now and it was so stressful. But i did add into my offer contract that she couldn't accept another offer for two weeks.

I cannot believe the NS house got a random offer after being on the market last summer, and after y’all putting an offer after so long. Like, what are the odds!? We bought our first house in October and it was such a stressful freaky thing. And the amount of money that feels like is being thrown around is overwhelming 😅 Congratulations! 🎉 truly happy for y’all and the babies

Why would that Nova Scotia seller do that?? 😳 I would never do that to someone, especially knowing my potential buyer is going to operate a dog rescue. I dunno, I just have ethics, morals and values. I’d never do that, just for extra money in my pocket.

You will be ok, the universe will provide always. My husband and I recently just sold our desert home that we did a total reno on and made it our own. You did the smart thing of finding something else to move to. We did not and have been tirelessly searching for our next home purchase.
