Hey man I have the same problem on my ltr 450. It was my dads and he passed and it sat for about 10 years . Carb was rusted and water got into the system . Got it running from bump start but still cant start normally
Hey the similar problem and I checked the pressure regulator and it came out normal but there is very little gas going to the pump and now the orange lit came on do you know if that means that there is very little gas going to the injector?
@@FullSpeedImpulse I didn’t open it all the way I only blow air and it seemed normal but I didn’t open all the way .Do you think it’s a good idea to open it all the way? Thank you for answering!
Yes. Absolutely. I would buy a inline fuel filter and just pull out that pod filter. You might have to scroll through a couple of my ltr videos. But I do show you want to do. Obviously if you rather just keep it original you can just buy a new fuel pod but they get spicy in price
To remove the whole throttle body we removed the subframe. Which was actually really easy. Leave exhaust on. Just unclamp. Now if your talking about the TP sensor then all we had to do was push the fuel pump out of the way to get to that. Hope that helps. Good Luck! And keep watching!!!
Agreed. This was my first time removing it so I went the route that seemed easiest. Maybe I’ll try removing next time with the subframe still attached. But hopefully there is not a next time. Lol
I love my yfz but I do agree. They were ahead of their time when they made these. Fuel injection and already having long travel suspension. I’ll hold on to this gem forever. The last racing quad Suzuki made. Now I just need that quadzilla.
