We Can Only Catch Randomized Pokemon With One Type...Then we FIGHT!
We randomized the entire wild pokemon table in Scarlet and Violet and gave every pokemon a random moveset and ability! We will take turns catching pokemon we see that are fully evolved single types!

The most well see from Gen 1 is, like… Charizard Jolteon Omastar Dragonite Alakazam/Gengar And Gengar/Machamp Gen 9 has access to like… Skeledirge Flamigo/Pawmot (Any Past Paradox Mon, but will say one as a placeholder) Brute Bonnet Baxcalibur Armarouge/Ghouldengo And like… maybe Scovillain/Clodsire… It’s hard to think rn, brain just slurped up some Hospital Coca Cola. Edit: Gen 9 wins with the better Starter, Electric/Fighting Types, Ghost Types, Pokémon from the past. Gen 1 wins with the better Flying Types, Psychic types, and that’s all I can think of. Baxcalibur and Dragonite go neck and neck to me… so it’s a toss up. So For Paldea it has 4 points, Kanto got 2… and we have a leftover point for whomever wishes to pick for which side has the better Psuedo. Paldea- 4 Kanto- 2 Free Point via choice- 1 Paldea kinda cracked doe Ngl.

Court Change swaps sides of the battlefield. So basically, if your opponent sets up entry hazards on your side of the battlefield, Court Change moves the hazards to their side, and vice-versa

Challenge idea: Randomize all pokemon/movesets/abilty AND make all pokemon shiny THEN spin a wheel that decides which colour of shiny pokemon you have to catch! (9 encounters total, 3 skips, spin the wheel after every encounter)

I seemed to remember something from my own playthroughs, but to make sure I looked it up, and I found that no, Electric types "cannot" be paralyzed at all, starting at Gen 6. So that's why force palm wasn't paralyzing Raichu.

It's kinda dumb that the other can choose the pokemon for you even if you see a pokemon first. Not a fan of this method, also you get less spawns being in a group, so finding pokemon for the challenge is going to be painstakingly long if looking for something specific. Just putting that out there.

Do randomized starters and name off the types to the other and let them choose based off that. But if it's dual type only pick one type, e.g. if it's fire/dark you can pick either one to tell them

challenge idea. 30 minutes to catch randomized what you want. your final team can't have any overlapping types. so if you pick gyrados you can't have Charizard or Blastoise due to flying and water type respectively

I'm still waiting for a color challenge. Like only red Pokemon allowed. Or a Red vs Blue Pokemon only. And to make things interesting, have the shiny rate be higher. Then, for example, the Red team would be able to add a shiny Gyarados.

How about having a dual battle where you have fire and ice types vs fire and ice types. You have to always have one fire out with an ice cant switch to fire with fire and first one to not have any of one type during the battle loses. So if all of your ice types were killed you can only have out one fire to deal with the other's 2 pokemon.

Challenge: Build a team with Pokémon caught from 5 and 6 star Tera raids. Cannot change anything about the Pokémon. *Ban Dondozo if you want. It is pretty overpowered. My friends and I play this format and it’s so much fun! Also it is fun when you finally build a decent team.

After gen4, you can't paralyze an electric type. Court Change also works not just for hazards, but also flips Guards, n Walls. Please do a gen9 randomzed starter in different language. 3 skips allowed.
