We took our subscriber João to Morocco. He's an introvert and Morocco is not ideal for introverts. On the last day we decided to push ourselves out of our comfort zone and play a confidence game with strangers. Little did we know this would push our subscribers to the limit and crush his confidence. But in the end, the unexpected happened and it completely changed our entire perspective on what it takes to build long-lasting confidence. Whether you're an introvert or extrovert we hope this video leaves you with some lessons to apply to your life!

I wish we could fit that entire day's rollercoaster of emotions into a 10-minute video. There was so much overthinking in my mind and pressure from a city like Marrakech where everyone seems to be observing you when you're a tourist with cameras planning your next shot in the middle of the crowd. There was just so little "space" to pause, breathe and rethink. Thank God I had two very intelligent and kind people by my side who understood how overwhelming I was after hours of trying to "simply" handle some notes in that scenario. You guys helped me realize that it was okay to be me and that the real accomplishment from that day was the fact that I validated my feelings rather than just forcing myself so much for the initial goal of those challenges. And in the end, this self-acknowledgement and that public sharing of my feelings helped me to just face that last note handling with much more confidence in who I was portrating in that moment... my true self. Surely we all always look forward to seeking discomfort but I wasn't realizing how much I actually had already gone out of my safe zone on this trip, and how much genuine happiness and joy I had already accomplished in the previous days. So, thank you so much for emphasizing that in this video

So awesome to see you guys didnt force an outcome but rather let the situation flow where it needed to go. And you're right Ste, being vulnerable and opening up in that moment was courageous of Joao and a confident move in its own right. Loved that ending too, he took that moment in his way and nailed it. Who doesn't respect João & you 2, for respecting João? I've found diet to be a very important factor, within confidence. I now love talking to strangers. Most still back away nervously, fumbling for a weapon, but I don't mind.🤔 I dare to be the guy that no one wants to meet.😂🤣Life is fun!👍👍🙏

I love the realization of how confidence should be built over time. Its a skill right? I mean you can't expect me to code and create the next Facebook or RU-vid rn when I've never even coded before. That said, my biggest issue is not trying and that needs to stop. I'm like Shikamaru from Naruto in that way. "What a drag" "do I have to?" That type of thing.

@@SteAndRach Very true guys. Recently I've been really big on "getting to know your own energy and what you can do without completely exhausting yourself." If you know yourself, you can proceed in anything imo. It's all about starting.
