You can do pilates at home without any equipments using your own body strength. Its the best exercise and it surely isn’t easy but definitely will feel stronger.

Arundhati and Sonia - you can still practice Pilates on your own. Mat Pilates is just as effective and actually isolates the core more than Reformer. Get some Pilates DVDs or take some mat Pilates classes.

True celebrities have it easier with time, money and resources BUT it is possible. I have seen working mothers get fit and stay fit. Anything is possible (cliche and lame but true.) As for me? I’m still trying to get there, soon, hopefully.
